This venue gives a subtle nautical nod with its decor and welcomes up to 220 guests. Couples celebrating at the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel will find the Safe Harbor room perfect for ceremonies, with seating for up to 140 attendees. The Harlequin Ballroom welcomes couples for receptions, with large floor-to-ceiling windows taking up three walls of the room. Circular silver chandeliers hang down from the tray ceilings and dark wooden accents make the room feel classy. For smaller receptions or events, this ballroom can be broken down into three separate spaces. The venue’s Bayfront Grille welcomes couples and guests who want to continue to celebrate after the reception ends.

The premier wedding venue
Best local vendors. In addition - our guest enjoyed the amenities of the newly renovated Sheraton Bayfront. The guest gathered all weekend long in all areas — the bar with live entertainment, coffee shop area, club space and restaurant while enjoying the bayfront views and comfortable rooms. Our guests were pampered and cared for from check in to check out. We continue to get notes and text from guest from all over the country that our wedding “was the best ever.” Simple advice- Book the Sheraton Bayfront for your wedding. It was the decision that made our wedding very special for all.
Summer 2024 Wedding
The majority of our guests were traveling in from out of town. Erie holds such a special place in our hearts, so we wanted our family and friends to experience what we love about it, especially during the summer months. Having a large hotel room block and our reception at the Sheraton was perfect for that, and extremely convenient. We were especially happy to celebrate our wedding weekend in the newly renovated hotel.
Our guests raved about everything from their rooms, to the views of the lake and marina, the drinks, and the easy accessibility of the Bayfront Landing area and downtown.
I had a very specific vision for our reception and the Sheraton staff along with various vendors truly executed on that. I am so thankful for their attention to detail and everything they did to make it a beautiful event.
It was such a memorable day and weekend that we will forever cherish!
