The Ballroom at Park Lane is a luxury ballroom in the Cleveland, Ohio area. This upscale venue features iconic columns and ornate crown molding for an elegant wedding celebration. Couples will find this ballroom eight minutes from the Agora Theater & Ballroom, near Case Western Reserve University.

Facilities and Capacity

A maximum of 200 guests can join couples at The Ballroom at Park Lane. The Speakeasy is a beautiful option for cocktail hour, small ceremonies, or receptions. With exquisitely high ceilings and arched windows, this space feels open and grand. Marble floors underfoot add to the luxury of this room. The Ballroom itself is the centerpiece of this establishment. In addition to the iconic columns and crown molding, this room features a wrap-around balcony and a stage. The courtyard is privately enclosed by the gray stone walls of the building, this outdoor space features a charming fountain and flower beds galore - a great spot for photos and guests to mingle.

This structure was originally built in 1923. It opened as a luxury hotel and speakeasy for the elite. It changed with the times and, in the 1960s, served as a concert venue that hosted the likes of Bob Dylan and Arlo Guthrie. Today, it hosts weddings as timeless as the building itself.

Magical Historical Venue

Nicole is a gem! She goes above and beyond for all of her couples!! She helped make our entire day magical. She was instrumental in the remodel of the ballroom and it is sooo beautiful! The brides suite is beautiful with 2 bathrooms to accommodate the biggest of bridal parties. The historical feel of the ballroom paired with the balcony creates such drama and a theatrical feel! Plenty of places on the property for photo opportunities! An unforgettable day!!

11-11-23 Wedding

First off this venue is beyond gorgeous and romantic! We had a smaller wedding with only 55 people and even though the venue fits close to 200 people we felt so cozy and still utilized the entire space. We also absolutely loved the bridal suite it has so many features, and it was such a luxury to have access to the venue all day! We were already in love with this venue but Nicole sealed the deal! From our first tour we felt so at ease with Nicole. She was so responsive and answered any questions we had, and her advice was invaluable. We are so appreciative to her and her team.

10/10 Experience!

The venue is absolutely gorgeous! Between the ballroom, the speakeasy, and the courtyard there is plenty of space for guests.
Nicole, the event manager, was an absolute sweetheart, very helpful and prompt in emailing us back when we had questions. She definitely helped make the night go smoothly.

A beautiful, historic space!

I'm a local wedding professional who works in many, many venues. The Ballroom at Park Lane has been around for so many years and offers beautiful architecture. I love their foyer that welcomes couples and guests and offers a spectacular space for cocktail hour. They use beautiful chairs and the stage is the perfect setting for the ceremony. The balcony space also gives photographers great spots to capture unique photos of your wedding. And that staircase -- what bride doesn't want to make a grand entrance down it?! I've done weddings with Nicole for a few years now and she always does a phenomenal job and works so hard for her couples!

Amazing venue, amazing time

The Ballroom at Parklane is such a unique venue with a speakeasy, ballroom, AND courtyard that choosing it for our wedding reception was a no brainer. Nicole was extremely helpful in planning and preparing, answering every little question I had right up until the day before. The day of was perfect, all due to Nicole's work, which made our wedding a day to remember.

The best Cleveland wedding venue!

When my (now) husband and I decided not to have a traditional church wedding, we needed to find an indoor venue that would accommodate our large guest list without blowing our budget. We looked at SO MANY venues in the greater Cleveland area with no success, and had really started to lose hope.....but then we found The Ballroom at Park Lane. When we went to tour the space, we not only felt right at home with the beauty of the Ballroom itself, but also with Maddie (the manager of the venue). Maddie deserves a HUGE gold star for her professionalism, communication, organization, and kindness. I as the bride felt like Maddie was my long lost friend because she worked SO HARD to ensure that we had a stress-free, flawless ceremony. If we would have known that our guest list ultimately would have dropped as much as it did (initially it was too large for a reception), we absolutely would have had our entire wedding (including reception) at The Ballroom - without a doubt. I highly, highly recommend The Ballroom for your wedding, or truly any event!

Amazing place to have a wedding!

The ballroom, including Maddie, literally made our dream wedding a reality! The venue is gorgeous, with vintage aesthetics like spiral stairs cases, a ballroom, a speakeasy, tow balconies and gold elevator doors. The outside landscape is beautiful and perfect for pictures. There are many ways to transform the venue that fits every couples vision. Maddie was amazing to work with, she answered every single one of my emails, promptly and was available not only to me but my vendors if they had questions. Maddie even let us extend our evening because it was New Years Eve, which meant so much to us! Maddie takes care of all decor, set up and take down, icing on the cake, and another thing we didn’t have to stress about. The ballroom has both a bridal suite and groomsmen room, making getting ready so easy! I would 100% recommend having your wedding at the ballroom!

Perfect Wedding Venue

The Ballroom at Park Lane is the perfect wedding venue! Madeline, the coordinator, was on the ball and made everything run smoothly. The venue is gorgeous and we enjoyed the speakeasy for cocktail hour, the courtyard for our first look, the bridal suite for getting ready, and the main Ballroom for the ceremony and reception! We had just under 100 guests and the size of the venue was perfect. The valet company fell through at the last minute but Madeline helped to arrange parking signs and get a security guard to walk guests to their cars if they wished. We couldn't have been happier with our venue!

Beautiful venue

I cannot say enough good things about Park Lane or Maddie. She helped us throughout the whole experience and eased our minds when it came to planning through the pandemic. Her help for both the rehearsal and the day of made it so special and seamless. The venue was absolutely stunning for our big day. Every detail was taken care of. Having the bride and groom suites for the day of made it so much less stressful to get ready!
