From start to finish, our experience with Nosh was beyond outstanding. From our tasting to the planning to the big day, Nosh wowed us every single step of the way. The amount of support that we felt from Nosh in creating and implementing our wedding was invaluable. They answered every question, brought to life every vision, and created a completely seamless experience that we will cherish forever. We wanted a wedding that felt like family, right down to our vendors, and Nosh definitely fit the bill. Booking Nosh was one of the best decisions we made for our entire wedding. All of our friends and family commented that it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had, and went on and on and on about the friendly, incredible service. I have never in my life experienced any business that delivers what Nosh does. My only "regret" is not having more events to book with them!

Paula and her team create a fantastic catering experience! When we did our initial tasting, we were hooked from the start! Paula made sure that my sister who has celiac was taken care of, she was so patient with any last-minute changes, and their food was fantastic. Nothing but compliments are all I heard about the food from my guests. Especially the firecracker shrimp! You will not regret booking Nosh!

Nosh absolutely nailed our plated dinner at our wedding on May 8, 2021! Matt and I were married in our hometown of Akron, Ohio, but Boston and New England have been home to Matt and I for over 5 years now and it’s been the place where our love story began and blossomed. When we had to pivot and change our menu to be safer with COVID-19 restrictions, Nosh made sure to think creatively when reimaging our menu. It was so special having food on our menu that told a little bit of our story of both our hometown in Akron, Ohio, and also with some New England-inspired dishes. Paula is absolutely incredible and made us feel like we were her only client. Her attention to detail is unmatched! When we realized we forgot to buy/rent champagne glasses for the Matt and I, Paula offered to bring her very own champagne flutes from her own wedding. It's a detail and gesture we'll never forget. We feel so honored and fortunate to have been able to work with such an incredible team for our wedding.

Our wedding was at the Akron Art Museum where we were given a choice of around 6 approved caterers to choose from. We looked at them all, contacted over half, and were instantly drawn to Nosh, not only for their farm to table food, but for their professionalism as well.

It took a little longer to set up our tasting due to COVID, but wow was it worth the wait! We were blown away by the taste, quality, plating, and personalization options. After meeting with Paula (events manager) & Derek (executive chef) for the tasting, we knew we didn't need to look (or eat) any further. It was a one and done with Nosh and we couldn't have been happier with our choice.

Every vendor we hired was an integral part of our wedding, our caterer being no exception. They provided everything from the appetizers (passed & a display station), servers & bartenders, the delicious meals, the linens, & all
necessary rentals, so they were extremely important to us.

At our final meeting before the big day, Paula went over everything with us, including many details we hadn't thought of. It took so much weight off of our shoulders and made us feel so excited for the wedding, knowing it was in great hands.

The week leading up to the wedding, Paula was my right hand; any last-minute questions or concerns, she was there with an answer and two solutions. We had quite a few last minute changes due to guest counts etc., and Paula handled all of them with ease.

They worked seamlessly with our other vendors leading up to and the day-of... working with the DJs on the timeline, and with the venue on the floorplan.

The day of, everything went off without a hitch...well as far as I (the bride) was concerned. I found out later after speaking with my mom that a few things had come up (to no fault of theirs), and they were all handled so quickly & professionally that no one even noticed.

Paula and her amazing team set up the entire reception room plus the decorations, made sure the bridal table was set with the passed apps, and made sure myself & my husband had our drink of choice waiting for us... we truly felt so special.

I can say confidently I've never been to a wedding where the food was a 'wow' factor...but we got so many compliments on it. Multiple people were asking for Nosh's contact information to pass along to newly engaged couples or businesses for corporate events, and that alone speaks volumes to me.

I can guarantee with 100% certainty that with Nosh you will get a staff that is attentive, professional, and hardworking, a chef that can create a unique and delicious meal specific to your likes/dislikes (it'll be pretty, too), along with an event manager that cares so much about making your day all about you.

Our only regret...not getting a picture with Paula at the end of the night :)

As soon as we did a tasting with Nosh, we knew we wouldn’t want anyone else to cater our wedding. The food and presentation are above and beyond any wedding catering we’ve ever had, and we also loved the farm to table aspect. Paula especially is fantastic and a great person to have on your side while wedding planning-She quickly answered any questions we had and kept us updated throughout the process. My fiancé and I took our time deciding between a few different caterers because we knew our food choices would be one of the most important aspects of our wedding. We were beyond happy with the service and experience from the moment we stepped in the NOSH door. The tasting is truly a culinary experience (Chef Derek serves and talks you through his inspiration for each course!) and Paula treats you like family. We knew we were in the best hands throughout the entire process and that our guests would remember the meal at our wedding for years to come. We were completely at ease knowing we made the right choice as soon as we went with NOSH and we are forever grateful for the memories they provided for our wedding. What a gift!

Nosh was simply outstanding. They were professional and courteous to work with and their food was delicious. They accommodated dietary restrictions for our guests without losing anything in flavor. Guests loved the beautiful presentation of appetizers during cocktail hour, enjoyed their delicious dinner, and raved about the the tasty late-night snacks! Oh yeah, the desserts were amazing as well. We loved the farm to table mission that Nosh stands by and it complemented our environmentally conscious wedding perfectly.
