My husband and I got married on Nov 2nd and we had old Carolina cater- it was amazing! The food was phenomenal and working with Brooke was so simple and easy!

The food at our wedding was absolutely perfect! From the first bite to the last, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The catering team went above and beyond—not only was the service seamless, but they made sure my husband and I were taken care of and actually got to enjoy our meal (which every bride knows is a big deal!).

They worked so well with our venue to make sure everything flowed smoothly, and their professionalism was truly top-notch. Days after the wedding, I had multiple guests reach out just to tell me they were still talking about how amazing the food was. I’m so grateful we chose them—highly, highly recommend!

My niece was married this past weekend and the catering from Old Carolina was great! The food was delicious and the staff was exceptional! I wish I could remember the team leaders name!!. We were so happy that we chose Old Carolina for our caterer. From the beginning, Brooke was incredibly kind and easy to work with. She made sure everything went smoothly on our big day. They handled all of our linen, seating, and outdoor party game rentals as well. The food was wonderful and we had enough leftovers to feed a small army. We were also pleased with the price and quality of the food. Would highly recommend!

When my now-husband and I got engaged, we knew immediately that we wanted barbecue food at our reception. The venue that we selected, Happy Days Lodge, has Old Caroline Barbecue as a preferred caterer, so honestly the decision to have them cater our wedding was an easy one for us to make. However, it was the attention to detail and excellent communication from Brooke Guiley, their director of catering services, that really made OCB so incredible to work with. She was extremely responsive throughout the entire planning process, and she even ensured that we were able to make a couple of customizations to some menu items to deal with a food allergy issue. Also, when we ended up scheduling some rehearsal and set-up time somewhat last minute, she ensured that all of our linens and place settings got delivered a day early so that we could get the most out of the time that we had the space. On top of all of that, the food was amazing on the day of the event - we had several guests come up and tell us how delicious everything was, and my husband and I actually made time to sit down and eat it because we loved it so much. I truly can’t say enough good things about the experience of working with OCB. I highly recommend!

Old Carolina is a a must have for your wedding! We had a private tasting at the restaurant in Orrville where the food was outstanding. We knew before we left that it was the right choice for us. Brooke, who helped with our quote and timeline, did a wonderful job and was extremely detailed and helpful! We decided to have a fruit and veggie tray for our cocktail hour. Then for dinner we had chicken legs/thighs, pulled pork, mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, rolls, and salad. Yes, we did have leftovers, but we were so happy to share more with others and take some back home. It was an absolute hit!
