Actually used Zales in Grand Rapids, but it is a chain and they have the same selection. Great customer service, patient staff and happy to alter setting per request.

Unique ring designs, loved the fact that most of their engagement rings had wedding bands made to match.

Had a horrible time with the Zales corporation in general. So much so that I had the VP of corporate call me personally and offer anything he can do to make up for our troubles. To make a long story short I had only worn my E-ring a total of 3 months out of the year that I was engaged. They bought us our wedding bands for nothing. However, I will never buy any peice of jewelry at Zales again!

Our rings were beautiful, on time, and exquisite! If we could do it all again, we would!

we have taken my ring to be fixed three times while under warranty, but each time it appears they don't understand what to fix because it comes back the same (south bend zales). Also, when my husband bought the rings, he purchased the standard, two year warranty. but now they have switched to lifetime warranties which are only a little more expensive than the two year warranty we had to buy. Also, the store my husband bought the ring from (in kalamazoo), claims he insured the wrap, but not the diamond solitare. First of all, why would my husband insure a $300 ring, but not a $1300 ring??? He thought he had bought insurance for both rings and was upset to find this out. Second, why would a sales person sell a customer insurance for only the cheaper ring?? This doesn't make sense. We have had a good share of problems there and would not purchase anything from zales in the future.
