I love my engagement ring, but had some trouble in the beginning with a couple diamonds that were dark looking. They suggested having it sent it but the jeweler was able to use an acid treatment that really brought it to life. I also have a diamond necklace and freshwater pearl earrings that were an anniversary gift from here that I absolutely love!!!!!

My fiance purchased my engagement ring here and we also purchased our wedding bands. Unfortunately we have had a few issues with them. First of all my engagement ring was about two and a half sizes too big. When we went in to get it sized they said it was no problem and they sent it in and sized it down. When I got it back it is still too big! Now I have had problems with my diamonds being loose because of the drastic sizing they have had to do! I have been told my other jewelry stores that what they should have done was send my ring back and make me a new one in my size becaue it is not safe to size them down that much and that I will probably continue to have my stones come loose :( Now they tell us it is beyond the point of that being an option for us- but they never informed us that it was an option in the first place until we asked!! Second of all when we got my fiance's wedding band back it was too big as well! The consultant sized his finger and his ring was made to order and some how it is still too big. I love my engagement ring and our bands but I just wish they were more attentive and would have told us all of our options rather than just trying to get money from us.
