After a great experience when purchasing my engagement ring, we went back to purchase our wedding bands. We were there for more than 2 hours trying on different rings and styles. The sales staff took their time to help us and make sure we got what we really wanted.

This jewelry store really is perfect. My fiance took me here to pick out my engagement ring and at the time they were having their diamond wholesale event. They have a great selection of diamonds and settings. After picking out my ring, they told me it would be ready in the next couple of days. I was so anxious to have the ring right away that they called the jeweler back in to arrange my ring for me right on the spot! I have a beautiful diamond band channel setting with a round 1.5 carat solitaire. I plan to go back here to get our wedding bands.

We got my engagement ring from Becky and absolutely love it. We had tried on every ring at the mall, Medawar in Frandor, and Wheat and just were not finding things that the two of us liked. We were looking for something non-traditional and really were happy with the service and selection @ BBK.

They treated this purchase seriously and we felt they respected us. We definitely appreciated that our salesperson was also a gemologist who could actually describe the difference between platinum and white gold, etc. without trying to upsell us.

My only caution is that we picked Hearts on Fire diamonds and found out when we moved to Arizona that they are not as widely available in the west. I am skeptical of having the ring serviced out here because they always want to "check the diamonds" so whenever we're back in MI seeing family we stop by BBK to have the ring serviced.

When my husband and I were first looking for my engagement ring, we ran into some really sleezy and judgemental jewelry salespeople. We didn't find any of that at Becky Beauchine Kulka's. Everyone was very pleasant. And they weren't put off that we were looking for something in the less expensive range. We even went back to them to get our wedding bands. We are so happy with the way they turned out. Also, it's really nice that when we walk in, they recognise us again.

BBK was a great jeweler to visit for my engagement ring purchase. I have a friend who worked part time there over the holiday season and I was connected to some great service through the current employees. I was able to purchase a Tacori setting and get my diamond wholesale (saved ~ $835) and it's perfect for my fiancee. She loves it and we couldn't be happier with the ring. My only hiccups were that 1. a stocking fee went back and forth from being included or not that I ended up having to pay $75 for, and 2. They're high-quality printer for official documents was broken so I had to wait a month for my printed ring appraisal. The instore service and value were great though.

Well just because you have had the same old exchange policy for the last 29 years does not mean you can't make exceptions under certain circumstances. This is a policy that ensures you get paid, no exceptions. I had to go to another jewelry store and make another purchase. Whom by the way has a return policy and exchange policy. I will see you in December to pickup my anniversary necklace from October.
