It was really nice there. They are very good sales people. if you give them a rough around the edges description they will come back with something even better than you had imagined. I was looking for a Emerald cut diamond and a solitaire setting. I kept my solitaire look but they came out with this beautiful diamond. They brought out a emerald cut and a newer more rare cut called Royal Crest. It shined so much better than the emerald. it has more facets and still has the classy rectangular shape as an emerald. It was really beautiful. I loved it. There store has a bit of peacefulness about it as well...hard to describe but it was so quiet and it made my choice at being a lot easier than going to a mall jeweler and hearing kids screaming and trying to talk over them and UGH...yeah I loved it there. So clean too!
