Theresa Collier of Trinity Weddings was hired by my fiance and myself for wedding coordination. She was contracted to meet with us for 3 planning meetings, provide us with progress reports and referrals for vendors and venues, and coordinate the wedding rehearsal and wedding. We have paid over $750 of the $1000 that she charged for her services, very little of which she has fulfilled. Theresa was over an hour late for our first meeting, was unresponsive to emails and phone calls, and did not show up for our second meeting. Her suggested vendors and venues were inappropriate. Theresa suggested a limousine company lacking a vehicle large enough to accommodate our wedding party and venues we had already viewed. It took over a month and a half for her to deposit our second payment despite repeated emails and phone calls. Finally after she failed to arrive for our second planning meeting we notified her that her lack of professionalism was cause for termination of our arrangement. We also requested a refund when Theresa began shouting at my fiance. She ranted for two minutes shouting "you've canceled appointments with me! This is ridiculous!". Then she hung up. Needless to say we have not been refunded but feel very strongly that we are owed a refund and wish to prevent others from having the same experience with Theresa Collier and Trinity Weddings.
