For starters, Ben and Mindy are a fun and funky team~ they are both very outgoing, energetic, and make you feel like you've known them for years. Moreover, they are very professional, reliable, and accomodating (driving all the way to Chicago for our engagement session, quickly responding to all of our numerous emails, and providing us with helpful questionaires and suggestions). Most importantly, they are extremely TALENTED! Both our engagement and wedding photos are works of art~ creative, flawless, and really cool, not boring or standard in any way, which is exactly why we went with Ben and Mindy in the first place. Our friends and family also LOVED the couple and had a great time with them at the wedding and this reflects in our faux-to booth pictures~ a must for your wedding...SO much fun! We can't wait to see the blog and receive our wedding album!

The Photo Booth at our reception was a huge hit!! our Wedding guests were so impressed with the both of you - and how you interacted with them throughout the day!
Of all the compliments a bride and groom might 'expect to get' after their wedding ... 'the food was great' 'the band was great' 'you looked lovely' ... I actually think more people said ...'wow, your photographers Rocked!!' LOL .. .you guys got the most votes!! ...and you certainly got our Vote!!

Mindy & Ben at Studio 6.23 are amazing! Unfortunately, their prices were just a little out of our price range, so we went with another photographer (who we ended up loving!), but I just had to review them here so other brides know just how great their work is. Ben was lightning fast responding to emails, which I appreciated greatly. Check out their website to see their beautiful work!

Ben & Mindy of Studio 6-23 did an absolutely *sparkling* job at our wedding and reception in northern Michigan!! They were warm, funny, and helpful - putting my husband and I completely at ease, and wowing our family and friends with their easygoing style and playful antics. They made everyone laugh - smiles were genuine, scenes were gorgeous and creative, and Ben & Mindy were a delight to work with... They also did a photobooth, where our guests could clown around with us & with each other, and that was a bit hit!! Ben & Mindy are extremely professional without being uptight, super responsive & thorough without being invasive, and just an amazing team of incredible artists with great vision! Ben & Mindy shot our engagement photos too, and we continue to get compliments on the genuine and gorgeous quality of the photography, and of us in the photos. We LOVE Studio 6-23, and we can't recommend them highly enough!

One word describes Ben and Mindy- FABULOUS! When we were planning our wedding, we sat down and decided that photography was one of the most important aspects of our special day. We ended up interviewing seven (yes, 7) photographers and decided that Ben and Mindy would be able to capture our day with creativity and elegance. They did just that. Not only do we LOVE our pictures, we received feedback from many of our guests that they absolutely loved our photographers. Ben and Mindy offer a live photobooth that most guests have never seen…our guests had so much fun taking pictures with Mindy. Guests are able to download their photobooth pictures for free from their website. Ben and Mindy were a pleasure to work with. They are professional and enjoyable to be around. Mindy even took out a bobby pin from her own hair when she noticed I was frantically looking for one!! I highly recommend them for your wedding! I can’t wait to use them again in the future for family shots!

Mindy and Ben are SO talented and awesome to work with. Without even having met them before our wedding (not intended, just ran out of time) we got along so well and they jumped right into things. They even made a special trip out to our venue the night before to scout a location and say hello real quick. The locations they chose were amazing. Our pics have so much character, they truly captured the essence of the day. They are also so fun to be around, even a camera shy person will warm up to their radiant personalities. We get so many compliments on the photos and couldn't be happier with them. We will definitely use them again when the reason arises.

Ben and Mindy are amazing, they are amazingly fun, professional and talented. They were so much fun the day of the wedding and had everything planned out. It was raining in the morning, and Mindy arrived at the salon to take pictures and she was like don't worry about it, I contacted an antique store that we can go and take pics at if it is raining. Luckily we didn't have to do that, but it was awesome not even having to think about it, she already had a backup plan. They were extremely flexible the day of the wedding. Not only did they do a great job with pictures, but at the reception they interacted with all of the guests and everyone loved them. They were a huge hit and I highly recommend them. They take gorgeous pictures, are so easy to work with and don't force you to smile, you naturally do it around them.

Ben and Mindy Peterson are absolutely incredible to work with!!!! Our pictures are our most favorite and special part of our wedding day. They are so flexible and their main goal is for you to be relaxed and enjoy the day. Because of Ben and Mindy, not only were we able to enjoy our wedding day, but now we have our wedding pictures to look back and reflect on how special that day was! They did our engagement pictures too and just as a bonus, they gave us a CD of all or the digital negatives our engagement shoot! They are SO much fun to work with and they are so in love and are the cutest couple ever. We get more compliments on our pictures than I ever imagined we would.
