Barry is more than just an expert photographer: he's also an endurance athlete, professional dress displayer, and social butterfly. He showed up before the bride and groom in order to take pictures of the decorations, venue, flowers, and wedding dress. It was important to us to limit the amount of time we spent taking pictures, and the number of pictures Barry was able to take in such a short time period was really impressive. He was flexible in order to get us some great shots while still getting us back to the celebration quickly. My maid of honor joked that Barry was taking her job, because he was so efficient at making sure my dress's train was perfectly arranged in every photo. I especially appreciated how sociable he was all day. He was self-sufficient and out of the way--at times, I forgot he was there (in the best way!). He humored the bridal party's inside jokes and his lighthearted attitude helped me feel more comfortable with the awkwardness of kissing a million times for the camera. My aunt is also a photographer, and she avoided taking pictures at the venue because she was worried about stepping on Barry's toes. Instead, Barry handed her his backup camera and put her to work photographing the dance floor. I'm so glad she was able to be involved like that--I know she appreciated it, and I'm excited to have even more photos! Barry sent initial photos *the next day* after our wedding. It was wonderful to be able to look over them while the day was still fresh in our minds. The final edits came just a few weeks later, and they look amazing. Barry was a joy to work with and I'm so glad we chose him as our photographer.

Barry was an absolute pleasure to work with! He really has an eye for different backgrounds, poses, and lighting. He captured the magic of our special day and I couldn’t be more happy!!! Barry was amazing! I loved how excited he was taking our pictures and his willingness to try new locations and shots. He was extremely easy to work with. It was really nice when he would check in with us throughout the day to see if there was anything specific we wanted photographed that he didn't already get. Barry did an amazing job with our engagement and wedding photos! My husband is not one for pictures, but even he enjoyed having our pictures taken with Barry. Barry has unique ideas and suggestions, but also is more than willing to do/pose how ever you'd like. He puts up a slideshow on Facebook so you can see a sneak peak of your photos as well as share with friends and family. The slideshow was also set up and played during the reception for our guests! His turn around time is good, too. He does a GREAT job, is affordable, and fun to work with. We highly recommend him!!

Barry is truly amazing. From our engagement photos to our wedding photos, he knows how to capture special moments. He made our day fantastic. His personality makes you feel comfortable and he isn't invasive when he is taking photos. We will use Barry for our future family photos. He means that much to us! If you want a creative, fun, and well organized photographer, HIRE BARRY!!!!! He is a great value first of all, second, he is very receptive to your ideas about certain shots you want, as well as works endlessly to make sure you have the shots you want. A unique feature he does, is he will set up a flatscreen tv at the reception with photos taken of the wedding for your guests to enjoy while at the reception. Guests were constantly complimenting his photos as well as the video he put together.
Barry also has an assistant who was able to capture the small details of the wedding. Barry truly enjoys what he does as a photographer and is constantly trying to push the creative envelope. Please check out his blog of videos. Those are the ones he sets up for the reception. I would recommend him to anyone who doesnt want the same old tired wedding shots. I have watched my video slideshow 14 times since I was married yesterday. It makes you relive the amazing moment you and your husband had all over again.
