My groom to be was even a groomzilla and they completely understood! We even got our rings in time for our wedding everything was planned in 3 months. We had justy gotten them enscribed which cost nothing and was quick too. We got our rings back within a week. Mine was resized and ensribed. It's really surprising how much can fit in a ring. But thanks to my warranty free with purchase I can treasure my ring always!
