They were very flexible as to what I wanted, when I wanted it, how I wanted it. The man that helped my husband and I with the ring really paid close attention to detail, and I think the man asked me if I liked it more than my own hubby! I was very pleased with the professionalism of the man; he answered all my nit-picky little questions about the small stuff. I am so happy with what I have. I even modified it and switched things out for a small cost, so I got the ring just the way I wanted it. It was a nice place to go to, and I'm very satisfied with the outcome.

Reeds saved me from a horrible botch job that Roger's and Hollands did on a custom ring that they did for me custom wrong. Reeds took the time to figure out what it was that I wanted, and they had my ring to me within a week! They were amazing to work with, friendly, and helpful. I'm so sad that they have closed :(

I had some problems with my ring and they did everything for me...even re-placed it for me. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would buy from them again and again.
