My husband chose Osterman's because they carry the Leo diamond. He was able to purchase my engagement ring and wedding band together and the sales people were very nice and not too pushy.
My husband bought both my engagement ring and wedding ring from Osterman's. We worked with Paul, who no longer works in that store. They had a nice selection and worked with us on price. A benefit is that your warranty works at all Kay Jewelers as well as Ostermans.
I used the Osterman in Saginaw, Michigan. Everyone was super nice to us, helping us get the best deal possible on our rings. Prices were very reasonable as well!
