we used Kay Jewelers in Holland but it was very nice. They helped us pick out the right wedding bands. And they have been very helpful with any problems that we have had.

We looked at rings together several times before my husband finally picked out my ring, it came as a set and was perfect. We dealt with the same guy at the Grandville location everytime. He was super nice and not high pressue very helpful when one of my side channel stones came out in the cleaner, it took a little longer then expected to get it fixed but was hapy with the results. Looked at bands for my husband there and then went home and looked at some online. I wanted his ring to be a surprise for him so didn't want him to see it before hand so was planning to order online. Went into the Kentwood location, to have my ring cleaned and have him measured to get his ring size so I could order it and the man there was, terribly high pressure and made me very unconfortable trying to shove a ring he liked on me. I ended up getting my husbands ring online.

Kay Jewelers was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They knew all the answers to our questions, and helped us find the perfect rings (my engagement and wedding band, as well as my husband's wedding band).
They were friendly, and instructed us on the upkeep and protection of our rings with warranties and other precautions.
I was so pleased with their services and impeccable customer service. They made the process of ring-purchasing stress-free.

We originally bought my engagement ring from J.B. Robinson from Josh. We liked him so much we followed him to the partner store Kays to buy our bands. Both places were very easy to work with. We loved the professionalism as well as getting to personally know our jeweler.

We found the rings we wanted, but they cost more than what we budgeted. We found them cheaper somewhere else and with more k, after the wedding. Kay's was a little pushy on what we should get. They kept trying to show us rings that were out of our budget and something that was the complete opposite of what we were looking for. We got out rings within a few weeks though.

They were great. Very quick to get stuff in after we ordered it. Always friendly

We just got some less costly rings. They were helpful, not too pushy and accurate. I will more than likely use them in the future.

Kay always has something that I want.My husband knew that I wanted one of the Leo Diamond bands and we went down and checked them out.They had a good variety of them and the ones I tried on where my size.They where very inexpensive and are some of the best wedding rings you could give to someone.

They had beautiful rings for our price range. If you buy a silver gold ring, make sure to get their insurance plan. It's been about a year and my ring is starting to get a yellowish tint. Because I have the insurance plan, they will correct it for free.

Our jeweler was great! She sat with us through all the debating and helped us pick out the perfect rings for us!

The sales consultants at Kay Jewelers were very helpful. They could not do everything we wanted done for the rings, but they sent us to someone to put the final touches on them.

We got our wedding bands at Kay Jewelers and for the most part we really enjoyed their service. I felt the rings were priced a bit high - but we also got an insurance deal on my band in case anything happens to it so that makes it more worth while. They also provide free cleaning services for your rings, including my engagement ring which didn't come from Kay. They have a wide selection and also products of every price range so that's nice if your in a budget (which we were)

We had so much other stuff going on and we waited until almost the last minute (3 weeks) to get my wedding band. They were a lot of help and had my ring ordered, shipped and ready for me to pick up by the end of that week. The insurance covered to get my rings sodered together and re dipped every so often. Nice place!
