It was so easy to find a dress with Kathleen! She helped me from start to finish and she gave me so many tips that I would not have thought about.

I loved my dress. I liked that they had dresses that were totally unique to other places and that were also modest. They also had a huge range of prices for different dresses. They do take the time to serve you very individually, which was fun, but I referred other friends to them and some of the friends were treated far better than I was and some were treated worse than I was. They sold me their display dress because they couldn't order the size I wanted in time for my wedding and they didn't give me any discount for it being a display dress that had been tried on several times. That was a little frustrating. They just seemed to pick and choose who to treat well depending on the kind of money they thought you were willing to spend with them. I probably would have spend more on accessories if they had offered to help me with them the way that they did with my friend when she went in. It is just good to have good customer service with anyone who comes in, no matter who they are, but I felt like they just tried to feel out your price range and would treat you as such. Like I said, though, I was impressed with their selection and I truly did love the dress I got from them!

I looked all over the place for the perfect dress. I even had some that I just was in love with but my mom said we should keep looking just in case. I am originally from Kaysville, UT so I didnt' really want to go to Kathleens because I didn't think it would really be what I wanted. I decided to try it out. It blew me away. It is just a very personnal bridal shop with amazing dresses. I actually had the hardest time deciding between all there dresses they were all so beautiful. My dress turned out to be Ivory so they even died my shoes and my veil to ivory for me.

I really enjoyed going to Kathleen's Bridal. I couldn't figure out what dress or style I wanted and they helped me eliminate dresses and styles within an hour. They were easy to get a hold of and I was able to schedule an appointment within the week that I called. It was great!

They took care of me like they would've for their own daughter. Spent hours trying on tons of dresses. Then they just helped my sister find her's as well. We send EVERYONE to them!

I loved there many chioces of dresses they had. When you go in as a bride they treat you like Royalty! There was a dress I wanted really bad but they only had a size 6 and I needed a size 2, and it was going to take way to long to order it, so their wonderful seemstriss fixed it very quick and she did a wonderful job.
