Tatum pours her heart and soul into Frankie Jane, as well as into each and every bride that walks through the doors. She was MORE than accommodating despite my chaotic travel schedule, personally invested in my experience, and the best cheerleader all along the way. She and her sweet mom are never pushy but always encouraging. Tatum ended up picking out my dream dress herself, and despite the fact that it was nothing like what I thought I wanted it was indeed perfect. She knows her stuff :) Frankie Jane was one and done for me... didn't even need to visit a single other bridal boutique.

Frankie Jane Couture Bridal was my 13th bridal store (if you can believe it). Take it from ME, this was the BEST bridal store I have been in. Holly and Tatum are so incredibly helpful and you can just feel how much they truly care about helping you find your perfect dress. They made me feel so special and their store, I mean come on... doesn't get much better than that! They are the FULL package. Finding the perfect dress gets a little tricky when all their dresses are so stunning!

We had a terrible experience at this bridal shop. When my daughter first visited, the owner shared that they started the business after their own bad dress shopping experience—which is ironic, because they gave us one of our own.

We paid $5,000 for a gown and another $1,000 for rush alterations—all due to their mistakes and lack of communication. We were told in January that a rush order wasn’t necessary to receive the dress by July. We checked in three separate times between January and June and were reassured it would arrive no later than June 9.

A week before the deadline—still no updates. We called again, only to be told they had no idea where the dress was. No accountability, no urgency, and no returned calls. We were even told we might have to reschedule bridal photos, which involved hair, makeup, tanning, and a photographer.

Once the dress was located (stuck in customs), they told us to call customs to try to fix it. They promised to overnight it from NYC—never happened. Communication was a disaster. They told us they couldn’t call us back because they were “with brides.” Newsflash: my daughter WAS one of your brides.

The stress they caused during what should’ve been a joyful time was inexcusable. I have two other daughters and we will never return or recommend this shop to anyone.
