We had a consult with Kae and she made the whole experience worth while. She helped my daughter find her dress and made us feel like family!

I had such a nice experience at the Bride Room! The owner listened to what I liked and found the right variety for me to try on. I found my perfect dress after trying on 3, and different alterations were offered to me to make it exactly what I wanted (adding more buttons, attaching a belt, etc.) I never felt pressured to do anything and felt like I could have whatever I wanted with my dress. They helped me try on several veils to make sure I was confident in my choice. They made me feel so beautiful and even shed a few tears with me when I found my dress ❤️

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. My Fiancée bought a dress here despite having concerns about the way it fit and looked primarily because of promises from the salesperson that all of that would be fixed with alterations. She immediately regretted it and called the store the next day to ask about a return so that she could instead buy a dress she'd seen at another store. They refused despite the fact that it hadn't been worn or altered so that it would even fit.

While a policy of no returns at a dress shop makes sense, this case should be handled differently since it is unique and their refusal to give a refund has left a very negative impression which I believe will be much more damaging to their business than simply making an exception to make their customer happy and resell the unused dress at no cost to them.

Instead of having a very positive interaction with a potential customer, they have instead created an extremely negative one. Not the kind of business I'd every do business with... but if you choose to shop here anyway, just make sure you don't buy anything you're uncertain about and don't pay for the dress up front since they don't seem to care about service once they have your money.

Also, coincidentally, after looking at other reviews, I noticed that the experience of poor customer service once they have your money and promising extensive modifications to make a sale was not unique to her.
