We have bought almost all of our major jewelry from Helzberg. Great service, great product and reasonably priced.

We have been getting most of our jewlery at Helzberg Diamond and it has been great! The jewlery is amazing and beautiful!

My husband and I are very pleased with the help we received and Helzberg. My engagement ring was composed of a new setting and my husband's great grandmother's diamond. They did and fantastic job with the new setting. And when I finally got wedding and engagement rings soldered together, they did an awesome job making to the two fit together as if they were made that way.

We enjoyed working with the staff at Helzberg Diamonds. They helped us pick out the right ring and had it priced at a reasonable amount. We found that their normal prices are the sale prices at many other jewelers. My husband's ring is from his deceased grandfather, but although we didn't purchase it there, they were more than willing to shine it up nicely for us before the big day. They get to know their customers and are very professional. They also offer a lifetime warranty on the jewelry.

Both of our rings were perfect, we both loved them and will cherish them. Helzberg was so helpful in making sure we got justu what we wanted. We were so happy with what they did for us and would go back in a heartbeat. I know my husband shops for me all the time there :)

As with most mall jewelry stores, I felt slightly pressured when working with Helzberg's sales people. Once I made clear what our budget and tastes were, however, they were helpful in finding what we wanted. The wedding band I ended up falling in love with happened to be part of a set but Helzberg was able to special order it for me. Jewelry shopping can be stressful, especially with the insane markups in cost, but working with Helzberg was relatively stress free. My only complaint now is that their diamond warranty requires my ring to be inspected every few months to remain valid and I will be living in Japan for the next year, which will cancel my warranty.

I am absolutely in love with my ring. Jeffrey was super helpful. My husband and I were looking for an alternative to diamonds and were introduced to moissanite. Helzberg carries some beautiful moissanite rings with great prices. We've been spreading the word ever since!
