Absoutly the WORST experience I have ever had with a jeweler! We purchased our rings with the lifetime warranties which means they need to inspect them every 6 months. We took them in and they said that they needed to be replated, so we left our rings with them. 2 weeks later we received them back in the mail. They ruined our rings! The beautiful brushed white gold on both of our rings was gone. Not only that but they also engraved my husbands ring in the wrong place and with the wrong words. We called to explain the problem to them, they were very rude about it but agreed to fix them.

Sent them back to be fixed again. Received them back 2 weeks later with yet more problems. The rebrushing they did on my ring looked horrible as if the gave it to a kid and let him go at it with a dremel. There was chunks taken out of the ring and some of the prongs were filed down. I called the store and was very anger. The manager was extremely rude and acted like I was a burden to them. At one point during our phone conversation she asked in a very snotty rude way "Well what do you want me to do about it?" At this time we decided to drive 3 hours to go talk to them in person. The ring was damaged beyond fixing and was given a new ring which needed to be sized and engraved before i received it back.

3 weeks later received it back in the mail. AGAIN there were problems. The ring was dirty and still had buffing compound all over it. The ring was too small. And the worst part, the center diamond of the ring had a big very apperant black flaw in it. Furious at this point demanded to speak with a regional manager since working with the store manager did no good. Finally after corresponding back and forth with the regional manager for 3 weeks I had my ring fixed and back to normal.

I DO NOT recommend anyone EVER purchasing anything from this store. I was married for 7 months, almost 3 of those months I didn't have my ring.
