My bridesmaids dresses were from here and were gorgeous! They were high quality and all arived on the promised dates.

I loved my wedding dress, but I didn't like dealing with the staff at David Bridal. I guess you pay for what you get.

I bought two wedding dresses and one bridesmaid dress from David's for my wedding. The first dress was a big ball gown type dress and the second a short strapless destination dress (after we decided to elope). The staff was not knowledgable or friendly. They did not spend any time with me or the other brides there, we had to pull our own dresses and find matching accessories, etc. The value of the dresses there are unbeatable but the staff is a huge downfall. It's the Walmart of the bridal world....

At first it was a mix up with dress then it got on right track make sure you stay on them and dont let them give you different consultant ,thats where your problems will begin

I WILL NEVER SHOP AT DAVDS AGAIN. THE STAFF FOR THE EXCEPTION OF ONE SELLS PERSON WERE HORRIBLE. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE. IF YOU ARE ON A BUDGET - THIS IS THE PLACE HOWEVER LIKE MY MOM SAYS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!!!!!!

My dress was beautiful, but my original consultant was replaced without my knowledge and the new one was very rude. I didn't want to deal with her at all.

David's Bridal was helpful. They were a little pushy, but overall I was happy.

I absolutely loved my wedding dress. I made an appointment, after I read reviews online about DB. The morning I went shopping for my dress there were quite a few of us waiting at the door and in the parking lot for the doors to be opened, and they definitely didn't open the doors a minute early- if anything a couple minutes late. My consultant, was very helpful but I believe the store could have used more help, because she was stuck helping quite a few of us. I ended up going with a dress she had chose. My consultant did smell of cigarette smoke, which bothered me somewhat, but she was very nice. My poor consultant had to also ring my order up, and sign me up for the credit card, and as I stood at the register as she did all this, a huge line formed behind me, and none of the other employees seemed too eager to check out the other people, so I felt bad for those waiting. I also heard another employee speaking about how someone did not show up to work for the day. On a positive note, my dress came in much sooner than the date estimated. This was wonderful being I had less than 4 months to plan my wedding. When I shopped for my dress there was a $99 sale, but I saw nothing in my size 14 that would look decent on me. Unfortunately, my dress was an extra $100 because i'm not as petite as I once was, and I just missed the cut off in the smaller size dresses by one size if i'm not mistaken. I did not do my alterations at DB, because i've heard they are very expensive and can take along time. I had my dressed altered by a local lady for less than $100.

I will NEVER reccomend Davids Bridal to anyone having a wedding. I know that davids bridal is terrible to begin with, but this store went above and beyond to be rude and unhelpful. I ended up having to change the colors of my bridesmaids dresses because they told me they could come intime for my wedding, and then 2 months before the wedding, told me i woukld have to change my colors because they would come in 2 weeks AFTER the wedding if i kept the color I wanted. That was just the beginning. I loved my dress. It was beautiful and I loved the price and I would never take my dress back. If you want JUST a wedding dress from DB, i would say do it..but NEVER take your buisness any further with them. The extra money you spent, will be worth the saved stress.

I had made an appt to try on bridal gowns and when I got there they were very rude saying I didn't have an appt, told me to look around until a room was available, and I would only be able to try on 4 gowns since I didn't have an appt since they were busy. A lady escorted me back to my room and left to help someone else. My fiance at the time had to help me in and out of all the dresses. What horrible manners and service. I will not go back!

My experience with David's Bridal was really nerve wrecking!!! They got my bridemaids dresses WRONG so many times. I had to physically go there and talk to the manager to fix the dresses. The YOUNG girls that are working in the store were so clueless and had no knowledge of sizes of little girl dresses. My two nieces weren't in my wedding because I thought that their dresses were ordered but unfortunately the didn't come in their sizes!!! Although I told the hostess their ages!!! I wouldn't recommend David's Bridal in Baton Rouge. Need new management and training. The only hostess I liked and was knowledgeable of her job was Troyal.

Did both my wedding dress and brides maid dresses, love that girls in any state can get there

Must make an appointment. I went to just look and found a dress I wanted to try on and most likely buy and they would not let me try it on because I did not have an appointment but I loved this dress so much I started yelling and screaming and finally got someone to let me try it on. They will not work with you at all unless you have an appointment, even if its just to look.

The staff was very helpful and found me the perfect dress. The prices were not as low as I had hoped, but I loved the way I looked in the end.

Only my Bridesmaid dresses came from Davids. I however had to fight with them because one of my Bridesmaids lived in New Orleans and we had to jump hoops to get them to understand WHY she was listed in Baton Rouge. Everything else seemed great. Loved MOST of the employees in Baton Rouge. The only main problem I had was the girl told my bridesmaids they had to order their dresses by Feb for my April wedding. We'll she should have said earlier, because we cut it pretty close getting them in. Then when they came in they claim to have sent me an email (which I never seen) instead of calling me. So if you decide to go with them be sure to call before the arrival date given gets close. It's possible they have had the dresses in for a few weeks without notifying you.
