  The best of the best!

  There aren't enough words to describe how amazing Captain Arnold is at what he does. He officiated my wedding a few weeks ago at The Crescent Beach Club and he was one of my husband and I's favorite aspect of our wedding day. Our guests also raved about him. Aside from the ceremony, Captain Arnold is genuinely a lovable, warm, kind and thoughtful human being. Everyone was so captivated by his words. We did the beautiful sand ceremony and he even goes as far as to handle the fine details for you such as the marriage license, ceremony personalization, etc. His experience is unmatched and we are truly honored to have had him marry us !

  One of my favorite vendors - Captain Arnold!

  We can't say enough about what an amazing job Captain Arnold did for us! Captain Arnold married my husband and I on the dunes of south shore, Long Island and it was an incredible experience. There is no detail in the entire process that is overlooked by him, he is very thorough and our expectations were exceeded. One of the best things we loved about the Captain his ability to easily help us create a unique ceremony that fit our needs. In a very busy and stressful time, making things as easygoing as possible was greatly appreciated. His performance of the ceremony was warm and felt real and in the moment. You know he has it down pat but doesn't come across rehearsed. Captain Arnold was absolutely one of our favorite vendors.

  Captain Arnold was great! Everyone LOVED his presence, speech, and ceremony. We have friends that want him for their upcoming wedding and renewal ceremonies. Highly recommended! He was a great joy to work with. The packet he sends afterwards explains what to do for the marriage certificate and has some special moments included in it to further remember the day.

  Captain Arnold was a lovely addition to our wedding and we are glad we chose him to be our officiant. He was very responsive, courteous and offered great advice to us. He is also very flexible on adding additional readings, etc to your ceremony. Guests even commented how beautiful the ceremony was because his words were so meaningful and made them each think of their own marriages and vows. Another plus, he has a great sense of humor!!!

His words were perfect and he captured everything we wanted to have in our wedding ceremony. Our friends and family are still talking about our ceremony. The day we returned from our honeymoon we had already received a beautiful package in the mail from Captain Arnold along with a separate envelope from New York with our official marriage certificate. When we were planning our ceremony, Captain Arnold was always responsive to calls and emails and made it so easy to plan. I highly recommend Captain if you are looking for a wonderful ceremony. When I spoke to Captain Arnold on the phone for the first time, I knew that he had to be our officiant.   It is with pleasure that Kathy and I write this review of Captain Arnold, who officiated at our wedding on June 14th if this year. We had been guests at another couple's wedding aboard a cruise ship docked at a Hudson River pier in June, 2014 and knew we wanted Captain Arnold to marry us.

  Captain Arnold was wonderful guides you the guest through the ceremony. He follows up after the dust clears helping with the changes afterward. I highly recommend

  Captain Arnold was a great choice to marry us. He made our beach ceremony so special. Before the ceremony he explained to our guests, his credentials and gave a little monologue about his duties as an officiant. My guests were very impressed and raved about him. We loved his style and appreciate his role in making our wedding an awesome event.

In fact Captain Arnold was able to do the magic: he turned the awful, cold, rainy and grey New York weather into an stunning, sunny, mild and perfect day for our wedding! He officiated our ceremony at the Ladies' Pavilion in Central Park, right in front of the lake, in a lovely, relaxed and intimate athmosphere. Like only an experienced and sure Captain can do, he accompanied the bride, the groom, our families and all our guests through a magic journey, with solemn, inspiring, touching and even funny words — because Love also needs cheerfulness. We are now married and so happy for the unique moment Captain Arnold was able to give us. We will never forget this ‘magic day’.

  My husband and I were VERY satisfied with Captian Arnold. He was very clear in what he offered and guided us threw the process to the end. The best part of his service is his attention to detail and willingness to help make our Ceremony personal and special. Our wedding theme was "THREE STRANDS". He wasn't familiar with this. But researched it and did an amazing job! His words spoke volumes not just to My husband and I, but to all of our guests. We were completely elated and satisfied!

The best part of his service is his attention to detail and willingness to help make our Ceremony personal and special. Our wedding theme was "THREE STRANDS". He wasn't familiar with this. But researched it and did an amazing job! His words spoke volumes not just to My husband and I, but to all of our guests. We were completely elated and satisfied!

  After doing some research on officiants, Captain Arnold definitely stood out among the rest due his professionalism and know-how about the legal process.
  
  More than this, his warm character and words of wisdom is what we appreciated the most.
  
  He truly cares about each couple he marries and enjoys doing it too.
  
  Getting legally married at a diner in the presence of my father and grandparents is certainly a memorable experience, but having Captain Arnold to officiate us, made it all the more special.

  As I was waiting at the altar, the Captain told me to go get my bride when she was half way down the aisle. So I did! That moment was an exciting, romantic, and memorable gesture that got breathtaking reactions from the crowd. The awws from our family and friends during that moment and throughout his beautiful ceremony will forever be part of our treasured wedding video. Captain Arnold came highly recommended and it did not take a lot to figure out why. The moment we heard his rich, deep, reassuring voice over the phone we felt a sense of comfort and ease. Anytime we had questions or concerns, he gave us a call right away. The day of the wedding he was calm, cool, and collected. He soothed our nerves by preparing us with what to expect. Most importantly, he was not fazed by the fact that it was going to be a same-sex wedding, which is what we were concerned about when looking for someone to marry us. Captain Arnold saw only our love and made sure it was nothing short of special. We thank him for a heartwarming and touching experience. The whole experience was very professional and reasonably affordable. Truly a value. We highly recommend Captain Arnold!
