I loved my dress and they helped make it custom to what I specifically wanted. They have great jewelry available and a good selection of wedding party dresses. Affordable prices and friendly staff. It does get busy though and make sure if you have any specifics that it's noted in your file.

I was fortunate enough to be able to catch a great sale at Bride Beautiful before I'd even intended to look for my dress. (I went to browse bridesmaids' dresses shortly after I got engaged.) In under an hour, I found the perfect dress at a fraction of its normal cost. There were minor things that needed to be fixed - some of the crystals on the applique at the waist needed tightening up and the pull on the zipper was broken, but even with the cost of the repairs and other normal alterations, I probably saved $600 on my dress. For the most part, the staff was a pleasure to work with. Amy and Cheri in particular were quite helpful. The bridesmaids' dresses came in ahead of schedule and were beautiful. They were shipped to my out of town bridesmaids quickly. Overall, I was quite pleased with my experience with Bride Beautiful.

They have a large selection of dresses at every budget level. They were very helpful and knowledgeable pre-sale. I was a bit disappointed by the service after the sale was made. I spent $1,700.00 on a dress and it was in a plastic bag instead of a dress bag. That is minor but when you think about transporting the dress and then post wedding, I think they could splurge for some dress bags. I just felt like after the sale I wasn't a priortiy anymore, they had the money. I loved my dress but I would probably shop around for the dress at another shop if I had known.
The lady that does the alterations is wonderful however, I would give her a 5/5. She was there for me! And she altered my dress perfectly and revamped my mother's vail flawlessly.

The Staff at Bride Beautiful are AWESOME! I live out of state but got married in Ga and all the staff were so accomodating. One of the seamstresses came in on her day off to do my final fitting (i was flying in 4 days before the wedding). they gave me a call when my dress came in, when my veil arrived, and everything, and they have a ton of absolutly beautiful dresses to choose from!

I bought an Allure designer dress from Bride Beautiful! It was the first dress I tried on and I fell in love. They carry beautiful dresses and many well-known designers. I would recommend them to anyone!

My dress came in right on time, and it was so much fun to work with Gail on getting the dress. She did an awesome job with helping me pick it out and was so responsive. She let me try on many dresses, and she was just great. So sweet and made me feel gorgeous!

Overall I do not have many negative feelings toward Bride Beautiful. I was very happy with my pre-purchase experience. Angela was my bridal consultant and she was very sweet and accomodating. She made the experience fun and offered her honest opinion with professionalism and a supportive nature. She was very complimentory which I think a lot of girls shopping for wedding dresses need! There was a wide variety of dresses (in regard to style) to try on and most of them were nicely displayed outside of bags. They also have a wide variety of bridesmaid dresses and bridal shoes to choose from. I wasn't too impressed with their veil options however. As a previous reviewer stated, I too felt a little pushed aside after my purchase was made. I live out of state and had to travel back and forth to Atlanta for dress fittings and such and felt that I was the only one making any communication efforts. It would take three phone calls over a week or so period to get a call back. However, I know others who have not had that issue at all. I appreciated that Bride Beautiful would store my wedding gown there so that I didn't have to worry about until the wedding weekend. I had mixed feelings about the alterations experience at BB. The woman who did my alterations often seemed put out or annoyed by my concerns over how the dress fit. The arm holes were too small and had to be altered twice, yet neither time did it feel like she loosened them at all. I wish that I had had time to take the dress somewhere else so that it fit better on my wedding day, but as I was out of state and my dress was at BB I didn't have time. So I might suggest alterations elsewhere. Overall, I would encourage brides to look at BB for their wedding needs.

I looked for wedding dresses in 3 different states before coming to Bride Beautiful in Georgia. The last dress I tried on ended up being the ONE. My desire was to have blue fabric added into the dress. The sales associates were very helpful in helping me meet that desire.
I also got my bridesmaid dresses here, which was great because I was able to order the same color blue fabric in their dresses for my own. I liked their flexible payment plan and the fact that they could ship each girl their dresses (for $20). Their dresses came fairly quickly, but mine took longer (ordered at end of Sept, arrived beginning of March). I lived out of town so I didn't end up getting my alterations done until a month before my wedding, which was a little stressful. However, the alterations lady was very good, and finished everything within a week. Overall, I was very pleased with the dress store.

PROS: Did quick alterations, had beautiful dresses, met my needs. If there were any cons, I would say that some of the accessories were overpriced. My cathedral length veil was almost half the cost of my dress. However, we were able to haggle with them to get the price lower.

I had read mixed reviews of Bride Beautiful but I had a very positive experience working with them. I found my wedding dress there It arrived in enough time and my alterations were done there as well. I thought the alterations were great. I think she may have changed how the bustling ties were altered at the last fitting as my friends had a hard time bustling it but in the end it all worked out. I would recommend them. I spent more than I wanted to but that was because I liked a higher end dress. I had originally gone to another vendor in an industrial area, and although I may have saved money buying my dress tehre, the experience would have paled in comparison. The service you get at bride beautiful is outstanding. My one word of advice, try not to go on the weekends. The place is packed. It's much easier going during the week.

Found both my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses at BB. This was the first place that I went to and I kept going back. They have all of their dresses on formed hangers so you can see what they look like, rather than having them stuffed in a bag. I had a very attentive associate working with me during each visit (Angela) which was nice instead of having different people. I felt like a princess and Angela was so helpful with picking out a veil, showing me what the bustle would look like, etc. ( I went to another store with a friend and the associate said she didn't know the difference between a french and american bustle- what?!) The bridesmaids dresses were a tad expensive and I wish BB would find a bigger building, but other than that, it was a great experience.

A lady there named Njeri worked with me to find my dress...she was excellent, all 5's. She, however, has moved on, and the rest of the staff was not as helpful or friendly. They have a beautiful selection of dresses that are in the $500-$1500 range, give or take a hundred.

I had been to a lot of different websites and stores for a wedding dress. I thought Bride Bautiful had easiest way to see the dresses. They weren't in those bags or anything, they were just our on hangers and you can try on like 5 at a time. That was a nice change from other stores. They also helped me a lot with trying on my dress. Other stores just sent me in to do it myself, like I knew what I was doing?

This is my only complaint. After ordering my dress and having it measured correctly, it came in too short, not once, not twice... but three times! It was SO frustrating to have to keep going to the store that was 45 minutes away to make sure they measured the material correctly this time. They did take money off of my dress for such trouble with the dress, and that was nice.

My dress was beautiful, but still a little short, now that I got my pictures back... I see that.

Bride Beautiful does have rules and regulations as far as trying on dresses and the shop is not the most beautiful, but I ended up buying a sample dress at a great price off the rack. They kept it for me during the many months leading up to my wedding day and I only had to have the dress altered once. The alterations were a bit expensive, but I did have it shortened and a French bustle was added. Some of the staff seemed a bit harried at times, but I believe that is the nature of the bridal business and everyone I dealt with personally was easygoing.

My dress was beautiful and my dress person, Nigeri, was outstanding. However, get your alterations done elsewhere. Mine were a complete disaster. I had not gained or lost any weight but when I came in for my second fitting, she couldn't even zip the dress up...she had totally mismeasured it. Luckily it could be fixed but I would never have a dress fitted there.
