The boutique itself is absolutely beautiful and is just down the street from Marietta Square - perfect for a post-appointment brunch or mojitos at Red Hare! My experience at my appointment was amazing, I was personally greeted, was seen to my own private room, and the knowledgeable attendants provided an incredible experience for me to explore their selections with zero-rush or pressure. They have a super cute system for brides to select their try-ons. I was handed a little box of mini white clothespins and I could pin any dress I wanted to try - and as many as I wanted. It made for a fun moment with my mom and best friend and I seeking out different styles. We were treated to complimentary champagne and had the absolute best experience. I would recommend Serendipity Bridal to anyone!

I requested an appointment and they got back to me promptly. Located in Marietta Square this bridal shop has a fun, modern and urban feel. The Serendipity Ladies made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in! The offered me and my Man of Honor refreshments and guided us through the whole process! I picked out as many dresses as I wanted to try and we worked through each one. The ladies thoroughly listened to my feedback about each gown and helped me find the perfect one!
Their prices are fair and reasonable and their selection of gowns are unique and stunning!
I bought my dress the same day and they are helping me get it fitted to my form.

When I started my bridal dress shopping, I had researched several places trying to make sure I found a place that would carry something I would love! I found Serendipity Bridal and fell in love with the dresses and designers they carry. When I arrived at Serendipity Bridal, it was automatically an amazing experience. I was the ONLY bride there and the whole experiences focused on me. I’ve been to a couple of bridal places that would have multiple brides in the store at the same time, but to be the only one was amazing because it gave me that one on one experience. After going through what I was looking for, I got to go into the dress room and pick as many dresses that I wanted to try, and then I started trying on dresses. I quickly narrowed down what I wanted and eventually made it to 2 choices and I did find my dress! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as a bride, getting to be the sole focus and the only bride in there was absolutely great. I highly recommend Serendipity Bridal… you will not be disappointed!

I cannot recommend Serendipity Bridal enough! The boutique is so charming and provided the best experience from start to finish. I loved that I had the place to myself and family and that it was a 2 hour appointment. Kelsey helped me find my dream dress and she was so friendly, fun and made my experience so special. I had shopped at a few other places and they didn't even come close to the experience I had at Serendipity. I can't wait to pick up my dress!

I also appreciated her JOY associated with helping brides find their right gown. You can really tell she has a heart for this, and that makes a difference. The veil was a fun choice also! I went to 4 separate shops to find my wedding dress and Serendipity was by for the best! They really made me feel special and listened to what I was looking for. They were very friendly and gave me 100% of their attention while I was there. Their shop is also the cutest I’ve seen overlooking Marietta square! I can’t recommend this place enough!

I had such a blast going here for my first bridal appointment! the dresses are stunning. I loved that I was the only one in the salon and they offered free champagne - it felt very personal and made the appointment so much fun. They have so many styles even though it is a smaller boutique, so I loved getting to try every style of dress. I also loved getting to know the ladies working because they were fantastic.
