My custom dress is the dress of my dreams , I also got my engagement photo dresses which she picked out because she knew exactly what I was looking for. however on a more general note the place is beautiful and luxurious with a huge variety of dresses and shoes. I’d like to share my recent experience while shopping at Cinderella's Dresses in Snellville Ga. Although they have a wide variety of beautiful dresses, I felt as if I was shopping in a small town family type boutique store similar to one in the small town where I from. The owner (Ms. Dana) greeted me with a warm smile. She took time to listen to me, my likes, personal style and concerns. I'm a bit on the plus size and usually find that off-the-rack dresses don't fit or give me the support that I need. I had already visited a lot of other bridal shops that didn't have gowns that made me feel beautiful or special. After working with Ms. Dana, I decided to go with a custom dress. She reassured me that we could achieve the look I envisioned, one that would enhance my curvy shape. She patiently explained the custom dress process. I tried on one of her custom dresses that I really loved but wanted more beading embellishments. Ms. Dana took the time to help me understand about different fabrics and beading options for my dress. I was also surprised that her built-in shape-wear snatched me in so good that I looked two sizes smaller!! The custom dress process was seamless and I'm excited about wearing a custom dress that no one else will have. The shopping experience overall was AMAZING!! I can't wait to get my dress in a few short months. I highly, highly recommend Cinderella's Dresses for any bride.

My experience surpassed expectations! The owner created the perfect formula for making every customer ready for the ball, just like a fairy godmother. Cinderella's Dresses was the first and only bridal store I visited, and I was not disappointed. There were so many options to choose from. The details and the quality of the dresses were breathtaking--so unique! The dresses are gorgeous and priced at such an affordable rate. My bridesmaids also had the same experience and were blown away. The owner Ms. Dana was super friendly, knowledgeable, empowering, and attentive. Also, inventory included a range of sizes and styles. I recommend this bridal shop to any bride-to-be searching for the perfect wedding dress.

We received great service from the time we walked in, all the way through the process of checking out. They only let you try on four dresses at a time and after that, you have to exit the dressing room and get back in line to try on four more which is a little annoying. However, everything was fine until we went to check out. Upon checking out, they advised another girl had purchased the same dress and then said they don’t know if they can sell us the dress. They couldn’t give us any information regarding the student but also there was no policy posted regarding ‘if they had previously sold the dress they may not be able to sell it to you.’ If this is truly a policy it should a) be posted in the store and b) this should be vetted BEFORE the girls try on the dresses. Going through the whole process and spending hours trying on dresses only to be told at the end they possibly cannot sell the dress is frustrating and absurd to say the least. After much conversation, they still sold us the dress but not until they had already upset our daughter due to this confrontation. Cinderella Dresses, do better or make customers away of policies up front!

I found my perfect wedding dress at Cinderella's and it was a wonderful experience. The assistant who helped us was very welcoming and knowledgeable. My sister even traveled from out of town to be there with me, so I was thrilled that we found the dress we were looking for. Although it was expensive, the dress was beautiful and definitely worth it.

I had bought the dress, but unfortunately, it was too small. So, I decided to buy it and get it altered by a seamstress. The seamstress did a great job with the alterations, and she hand-made my veils, too. However, the issue arose when my dress was ready and I left it at the store to be steamed and delivered on my wedding day. This was a perk that was explained to my mother, my sister, and me when I initially tried the dress on. But, to my surprise, I received a call a few days before my wedding day, and they informed me that the store doesn't offer professional steaming or delivery.

I was shocked, frustrated, and disappointed that we had been lied to in such a distasteful fashion. With only a few days left before my wedding, I didn't have the mental or emotional energy to deal with this let-down. My sister and mother were also upset at having been put in such a tight situation with only hours before the wedding day. We had expected what we were told: that the store would steam my dress and even deliver it on my wedding day so that it would be one less thing for us to worry about. I believe in good business, especially when thousands of dollars are being spent.

I will not be making any further purchases from this store. While the dresses are beautiful, I cannot tolerate dishonest sales practices and unfulfilled promises.
