Amazing for out-of-town brides! Oksana made my dress tailoring the easiest part of my wedding planning. My dress was beautiful and after she altered it I felt amazing. I would highly recommend her to any bride I know!

I thought for some time before writing reviews so that I wouldn't be writing in anger and instead stick to facts. Buyer beware.
I was SO excited to find Oksana on Instagram when she still lived on the West Coast. I followed for some time, watching all her videos and felt really confident when I approached her. I wanted to create a custom dream reception dress. Unfortunately, it would stay a dream. We had a great inital consult, but throughout the process I had to resend all inspo to her as if she didn't have it- that should have been a huge red flag. After several months I did recieve the first draft of the dress, we had a full video consult and discussed changes and confirmed my wedding date (Sep 24, 2022). I also had to even confirm the dress arrived back to her. That was Nov 30, 2021. Then she went dark. I had to follow up at the beginning of August, again in the middle because of no resposnse- was promised photos that never came. Then the month of my wedding when I tried to reach her via phone she refused to call me back and the text messages became insane. She refused to apologize for not having the dress done then offered to just send it to me the week of my wedding without calling me or showing me the progress of the dress. When I told her I didn't trust that she would have it done on time, I requested my money back which she refused. By this time I had to go to another shop and buy a gown off the rack because I didn't know if I would have one and had decided to wear this custom one as my main one.
I orignially started this process almost 2 years before my wedding. The fact that she forgot my dress is unforgivable, but the fact that she told me to basically kick rocks and keep my money is even worse. Do not trust her with you hard earned money. I have all emails and text messages saved.
