Marty and A Big Sky Event are absolutely fabulous!
The energy and expertise Marty brought to the wedding truly made it a magical event. We got married at Dickey Lake and Marty was an invaluable aid to some last minute changes we had to make due to windy weather. He is very flexible, kept us focused and we received many comments on how beautiful the ceremony was. Marty is an angel in disguise.
I feel very fortunate that we found him to perform our ceremony and I highly recommend Marty and A Big Sky Event!!

They're wonderful! They provided an "elopement" package for us. The officiant Marty is so sweet! And the coordinator Cindee was a pleasure to work with! She created the most beautiful bouquet and boutonniere for us. Exactly how we wanted.
They also provided our sweet little wedding cakes and champagne with strawberries. They're so flexible. I asked to have some non-alcoholic champagnes and pastries, and they provided A LOT of them! Thank you!
Because our wedding was a destination wedding, we are so happy that we hired them. They really made everything possible for us, and we are so grateful for them. They helped me relax greatly too. I can't thank them enough.

A big Sky Event couldn't have made my wedding process any easier. She knew the best vendors, the best locations, continually kept us within budget, and hit every deadline. She was a complete pleasure to work with. I wouldn't chose anyone else if I were to do it again (which hopefully won't ever happen). :-)

We researched several wedding planners in the area and after viewing websites and a few phone conversations, we found Shionagh Stuehler with A Big Sky Event was the perfect choice. Shionagh presented a single price package that was all inclusive from planning the entire wedding to guiding us through our rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and other events leading up to the wedding that we did not expect her to help us with, but she did anyway. Shionagh went out of her way to present a range of ideas and possibilities for every part of our wedding, while striving the entire time for the lowest cost and best value solution. On the day of the wedding, we didn't have a single care, knowing that everything was taken care of and that Shionagh was managing every detail that day. We'd highly recommend Shionagh to anybody that wants the perfect wedding!

Shionagh and Marty were fantastic! Through the initial planning stages Shionagh kept us on track and focused. She really understood what we were all about and helped to guide us in the right direction. On the day of the event both Shionagh and Marty were invaluable to us and our families. They took all the stress and craziness, that can happen on a wedding day, on their shoulders and handeled it with grace and style. They knew just what to do at every moment, and helped in ways I would have never even thought of. I have to say, that without a doubt, having Shionagh and Marty helping us was the best investment I made! Thank you both for all that you did to make our day so completely enjoyable. Keep doing what you are doing, because the support you provide brides, grooms and their families is truely amazing!

Shionagh (our wedding planner) and Marty (our officiant) were both absolutely amazing! There dedication to our event was unparallel! They put so much into making our wedding perfect. Our guests continued to comment about how wonderful they were, and we couldn't agree more! I would recommend them to any engaged couple!

Shionagh was absolutely a godsend. We certainly could not have done this wedding without her. She helped us at every turn with her calm experience, can-do attitude, enthusiasm and honesty. Her role in the planning was essential as mother and bride were separated across the country. She helped us throughout the process, providing suggestions at every stage, and kept us on track. She made the entire experience a joyful and memorable one.
The day before and the day of the wedding she was the ultimate professional. She worked behind the scenes efficiently and quietly, allowing us the ability to enjoy the moment. She was willing to do anything to alleviate stress for us and make the event as magical and fantastic as it turned out to be. She's a jewel!

Shiongh Stuehler, with A Big Sky Event, provided wedding planning and coordination for my destination wedding in Montana, on June 23, 2007. I live on the east coast and travel frequently for business. Despite these challenges, Shionagh planned and choreographed the perfect wedding as well as weekend. Leading up the wedding, she was always available via email, phone, or in person, and recommended and arranged absolutely first rate vendors. We were extremely happy (understatement!) with the end result -- our wedding was beautiful, our family and friends enjoyed a mini-vacation and reunion, and we now have Shionagh and Marty Stuehler to count among our extended family!

Shionagh was an indispensable resource and guide on the wedding day and, most importantly, throughout the wedding planning. She was professional, organized, creative, respectful of our tastes, and helped us have exactly the wedding we wanted, all with minimal stress for us! I truly felt relaxed on the wedding day, because I knew Shionagh was taking care of everything. She and Marty services were worth more than we paid--invaluable really. The wedding simply could not have happened as it did without them. We were initially reluctant to hire a wedding planner, in part due to a somewhat limited budget. However, Shionagh was very amenable to offering flexible fee plans and helpful in keeping our other wedding expenses to a minimum and within our budget. Also importantly, she and Marty are delightful people who were wonderful to get to know.
