Even though I’m a fairly A-type organized personality, I recognized the benefits of going with a planner/ day of coordinator early on because we were planning our unique out of state wedding in Glacier National Park and needed help ensuring all the moving parts of our wedding would be well coordinated. Killian did an incredible job — I remember telling her she was “killing it” because she was SO organized and helpful! She pitched in with meetings with our vendors on conference calls so that she could be ready to coordinate with our venue. She put together extremely detailed timelines, helped us figure out solutions when we were faced with interesting challenges due to COVID-19 and no cell phone reception in the mountains, and worked with my grandmother on placement and arrangement of her DIY decorations to really make them shine at the reception! She took initiative in so many ways, communicating with vendors once we informed her of changes big and small along the way on our behalf (when we didn’t ask her to!) really helping us to focus on the big picture and allowing us to enjoy the whole planning process. Our special day seemed to be such a breeze knowing she had everything in control! We hadn’t met her in person before the big day since we were in different states but she went out of her way to meet us the day before the wedding and put us all right at ease! Many people commented at what a great job she did and how she really felt like another member of the family! She even contributed to our recipe request box at our reception, helped our Ring Ranger boys down the aisle, and helped us with our playlist and MC’ing one of our family games at the reception! Such a cool gal and wonderfully talented at what she does! I’ll definitely miss working with her!!

Killian made me take a sigh of relief after my first conversation with her! She has such a gentle spirit to her to make you feel at ease...and she gets things done! I find I can be a little bit of a perfectionist, but Killian had an unspoken way of allowing me give up control and completely trust her. I am beyond thankful my family could relax and just take in the day...while she made all the things happen behind the scenes. Not really knowing what goes into making a wedding happen I did forget things both big and small. However, I saw all the things I forgot about that Killian and her team just stepped up and did without a second thought. Killian I can't thank you enough for making my wedding a success! Also, she did a little Instagram reel of the wedding day and I still watch it over and over....! It was a nice surprise and still warms my heart watching it. One of the many touches Killian does to make your wedding a dream come true.

We hired Events by Killian for our day of coordination and it was one of the best wedding decisions we made! During planning, she always had fantastic suggestions for any questions and was a great listener and note taker. She took care of the vendor coordination and put together a fabulous day of timeline which was a huge weight off our shoulders. After working with Killian for our July wedding, we would HIGHLY recommend her for your day of coordinating needs! Killian was great in all aspects of wedding lead up, running the rehearsal, and setting everything up day-of. As a very particular person, she took my vision and executed it PERFECTLY while taking so much stress off my parents and I the day of. She organized with all of the vendors, made sure everything was set up (going above in beyond in many areas), and tearing everything down at the end of the night. Everything ran so smoothly and we literally could not have done it without her and her team. She is amazing at what she does and we were SO thankful to have her!
