We were supposed to have our wedding at Cinnabar in September, 2020, which of course had to be canceled due to COVID! So, we contacted Cinnabar to move it back a year to 2021 and they were extremely accommodating. Unfortunately, the wedding in 2021 got canceled due to the delta variant. So then we decided to cancel our wedding altogether and just make it a smaller anniversary celebration of our February 2020 wedding in India (which thankfully happened before COVID started). Cinnabar was extremely supportive throughout all these decision changes. Finally, our anniversary celebration took place last week (Feb, 2022) and it couldn't have gone better!! Bella and Kristy were amazing! They made sure everything was set up the way we wanted it to be. For us, what made Cinnabar stand out from the other venues we visited were... 1) Beautiful location- the drive up to the golf course is sooo extremely scenic and of course the venue is really really pretty. 2) Beautiful reception hall- I mean the reception hall looks beautiful without any decorations, just as is! It is surrounded on two sides with glass doors and windows, which look out to the lush and undulating golf course! 3) Awesome food- the food at Cinnabar is awesome! They have a restaurant onsite for the golf course and we ate there when we went to the venue for the first time. So we knew right off the bat that their food would be good. They do require that the food be catered by them. But trust me, that's a great thing! Our guests were soo happy with the food. When we went for the tasting before our event, we were so happy with all the food that instead of choosing three appetizers from the four we tasted, we decided to keep all four. Same was true for the entrees. We tasted three and were supposed to choose two. Instead we kept all three! 4) Bella and Kristy- awesome event coordinators. They made sure everything was seamless. We didn't have to worry about anything! They helped us choose the really beautiful linens, chargers and napkins. We had wanted blush table cloths with gold napkins. Bella suggested that we change to ivory napkins instead. That was a great choice, because the gold napkins wouldn't look good. Also, they were extremely helpful with our desserts, which were catered by an outside vendor. They made sure the desserts were kept in the fridge and brought them out at the right time to be served to the guests! 5) Bar- there's a bar in the reception hall and we chose to go for the pay by consumption option. So our guests got whatever it is that they wanted, which was great! All in all, this wedding (rather anniversary) venue was just perfect! This is probably one of the best venues in the bay area as far as value for money is concerned.

Our wedding was back in November 2025, so this is an overdue review, but I wanted to share our experience working with The Ranch at Silver Creek Wedgewood team. Our day-of coordinator was Nicole, and our banquet captain was Megan. We actually looked at 2 Wedgewood venues: Redwood Canyon and The Ranch at Silver Creek. While the Redwood Canyon site was charming we ultimately decided to go with the Ranch due to proximity and its centralized location for family. When planning for our wedding, we knew that we wanted something that was all-inclusive to help mitigate any additional stress and decisions we'd need to make. We went with the Elite package, but we opted for our own photographer and officiant. It was so great knowing that the big vendor items, such as food and drink, rentals (chairs, tableware, linens and napkins), florals, cake, and DJ have all already been negotiated through Wedgewood to ensure that all couples are getting the best deal based on their situation and preferences. It was really easy working with the Wedgewood team - we always received a prompt response to our emails (typically within one day), and the team provided clear and detailed responses to our inquiries. Closer to our wedding date, we also received some phone calls from the team, just to check in and see if there was anything else that we needed. We do want to give special shout-outs to Nicole and Megan, who helped ensure that our day went by smoothly. Nicole was there during our rehearsal the day before, walking us and our wedding party through the ceremony processional and recessional, and going over the timeline and where to stand. On the day of the wedding, Nicole was so amazing at keeping us on time, and always just checking in with us to see if we needed anything. We had explained that we would be doing table visits (which usually entails taking shots at each table), but we asked the Wedgewood team to save an empty bottle of liquor filled with water. Nicole was so amazing at very swiftly taking away any (and all) shot glasses and handing it to our wedding party to prevent us from drinking too heavily, and she also made sure that our glasses were always filled with water. Megan was also so kind and amazing, making sure that we got our food, and even offered to reheat our plates. We were only expecting the food to be reheated, but Megan actually brought us a FRESH plate of food, for which we were grateful. Megan even made sure to pack away our cake and our food so that we were able to have a bite after the wedding. Megan also helped to pack away our things, which definitely expedited the cleanup for our wedding party. Overall, we had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Wedgewood, and our guests have also provided nothing but positive feedback. Thank you again to the Wedgewood team - especially Nicole and Megan - for making our day so easy!

We chose Blanco Urban Venue for our wedding and couldn't have been happier with the decision. From the start, the team responded quickly to all our questions and made planning feel straightforward. We were drawn to the place as it allowed for Ceremony, Cocktail, and Reception to all be in one space, with a super smooth flow, and allowed our pet to walk down the ceremony aisle. Chrissy gave us a tour and was SO warm and welcoming taking time to answer our questions and even graciously scheduled a second tour with the parents. She was super honest and open about anything we asked, providing solutions to concerns, and the day worked out exactly as she described. We had a 165 person wedding, and was worried about it feeling cramped but it honestly felt very roomy and comfortable for moving around and dancing. There was enough room for all the chairs, tables, and even had a nice space for vendor table! The included tables and chairs saved us time and money, and we loved how our other vendors raved about the venue too—it made coordinating everything so much easier. The bartenders really impressed us with their skill, and those signature cocktails were delicious even though drinks came at a premium price. However, right after the ceremony, Chrissy immediatley found the bride and groom to give us our signature drinks, and even gave one to the nervous parents. It was such a personal touch that we will remember forever. Being in San Pedro Square, parking was a breeze at only 10 dollars for the whole day, and a easy spot to Uber to. We had a world cup watch party coinciding with our day, but the team proactivley warned us and helped us have alternatives on communicating with guests to make sure everyone made it smoothly. Overall, Blanco delivered on quality and service, and we'd recommend them to any couple looking for a polished, all-in-one venue.

March 30, 2025 we toured the venue with Melissa. It was very easy to fall in love with the venue from first glance. The arbor was covered in the most gorgeous spring florals and the view from the top of the hill took my breath away. Melissa’s warmth and ability to connect with us made it even more promising. We had been to one wedding there before and had so much fun. I asked my friend the bride if she recommended having a wedding there and if she would do it again. She didn’t hesitate to say yes, she had 0 complaints about the experience. After Daniel and I went through the planning and executing of our wedding, I can 100% agree with that statement. The planning was so fun, every meeting I felt like I was chatting with my friends and getting input and helpful feedback and tips. There was little to no stress with the team of planners and vendors. This team showed so much heart and care into our big day and I will never forget their kindness and genuine connection. Kelli Green was such a pro when it came to locking in our choices and has such an eye for beautiful details. We completely trusted her. Tiffany was a pro when it came to logistics and running the schedule smoothly, setting up every sign and the welcome table and our settings in a way that fit our vision to a T. I never felt any stress on the day of our wedding and Daniel feels the same. The food was immaculately cooked. Chef Alejandro and Sous Chef Chanti did their big one. We got so many compliments on the food service and the portion size. Nobody left hungry. Emily M, our food service captain is an angel on earth. She kept the drinks coming, got us food and packed up leftover food and cake. I never had to go to the bar to ask for a drink not once the entire night thanks to Emily. The bartenders Diego and Damien did a wonderful job and made our espresso martini signature drinks so yummy. Everyone was complimenting them. Our Dj Brian had every single detail perfect and kept the dance floor packed the entire night. Our API photographer Brandon was a dream to work with, so kind and was great coaching us with our poses. Central coast did an amazing job with our first dance sparklers and dancing on the cloud, it truly felt that way. Our flowers were exactly our vision. Overall, I would recommend Wedgewood Boulder Ridge to anyone that wants a seamless dream wedding with low stress, good people to work with and the most stunning views. Many family and friends have said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. It was the best day of our life and an amazing way to start our married life together. Thank you all for being the dream team.

My daughter and son in law's wedding parties, family and wedding guests stayed at the Marriott San Jose, and had such a pleasant experience! We worked closely with Alyssa and Gig, who helped coordinate block rooms, day after brunch, welcome bags for the guests upon their arrival, all the way down to having special goodies in the bride and groom's rooms when they first got there. We were warmly greeted by valet and front desk, and everyone was so helpful with the day after brunch in Arcadia! I would definitely recommend this hotel and their fine staff!

One of our lovely couples had a wedding at Silver Creek Valley Country Club this fall. Life.Film team really enjoyed the location by being wedding photographers and videographers there. The event manager of the venue had contact us several month before the day of and invited for the tour around the venue. She shows us all the best spots for the pictures and explained us the policy for the photographers there. The location has plenty of spot for the great wedding photos wasteful area, ceremony area, staircase Such a pleasure to work at this beautiful location for us! We really enjoyed our intimate and magnificent wedding celebration at Hayes Mansion. The hotel is beautiful inside and out, which made it really beautiful from start to finish. Our guests were very happy with the service, food and bar provided. The service was overall superb and just ideal for our guests. Everything was smooth and amazing till all the guests left.

Tamie is the best! She made the whole process easy, ensuring everything was perfect. The food, decor, and service were amazing.

La Pastaia is located inside Hotel De Anza. When we looked around for a place for our wedding venue, we looked at several places and this was the best place for the value and setting for our wedding (this includes cake, food, venue, gratuity to the staff, beverages, and an all day changing room next to the reception area). The staff did a tremendous job in providing service and quality of work. The were very responsive before and during our wedding. We did not worry at all before, during and after the reception. The food was excellent down to the imported beer and wine. We choose the seafood buffet. Our guest of 120 were all pleasantly surprised. Thank you to the staff of Hotel De Anza and Marge, the manager of La Pastaia! You all were fabulous!
