We had a small wedding here at Hotel Valencia, and Debra (our coordinator) was great. I had to plan the wedding from NYC, so most of the communication was over email, and I have to say Debra made it all very easy. Everything was set up the way I wanted and the day went by smoothly. The service was great, and the rooms exceptional. I would definitely recommend the hotel for wedding and reception.

I just wanted to send Debra the event manager and Eddie the head of event catering a very heartfelt thank you for all of your hard work over this past year. My wedding reception was absolutely incredible-above and beyond what I imagined it would be. All of my guests kept telling me how professionl and wonderful the event was-they said they always had food coming to them and never waited long to get drinks at all. I seriously couldn't have asked for a better night! You were are so professional, considerate of our needs and wants, organized, and very knowledable about how to run a smooth event for such a large number of people. I will highly recommend events at the hotel to anyone interested in hosting one. Thank you so much for everything you did for us, we truly appreciate it!

We chose Hotel Valencia for our ceremony and reception because of the modern romantic feel of the space. After a rocky start due to a sudden change in personnel, Jasmin Hernandez really stepped up and went out of her way to make this the most amazing night of our lives. The new manager, Randy, was also very attentive to detail and made sure everything went seemlessly. The food was fantastic and the wait staff were top notch. To make sure our reception was flawless, the hotel even brought in additional managers the night of our event to make sure every detail was attended to with perfection. Jasmin and Randy's guidance and professionalism made this the best night of our lives! Thank you again for all your hard work!

hotel valencia was the perfect location for our wedding. we still wanted an elegant but no fuss celebration with great backdrops for our wedding photos. we did the decorations ourselves so it was also convenient to stay at their hotel. they have complimentary buffet breakfast on your stay. we had great and personal service from start to end. the hotel event and wedding coordinators are always available to help you. hotel valencia staff feels like family. they are all friendly and accommodating from their bellman to their receptionists. service was great from beginning to start. our wedding reception was such a great experience that we would want to have future events at their hotel. they accommodate small to large events. they provided us a complimentary junior suite on the night of our wedding. the room was fantastic! we only have great compliments for hotel valencia! weekends gets really crowded at santana row so to maximize your santana row experience have your wedding on a weekday.

When you think of a San Jose wedding, chances are "Italian Getaway" is not gonna be something that immediately comes to mind. Imagine our surprise when we did a tour of the venue at Hotel Valencia. Ultra modern rooms for the guests, and a beautiful courtyard and spacious ballroom accessible for weddings. We took advantage of both, providing guests with string lights during our evening reception as well as a swing band playing Sinatra's top songs in the courtyard, followed by some "letting loose" dancing to our favorite DJ in the ballroom. The staff was extremely professional and helpful, and the food provided by the hotel was amazing. If you are in the area, you MUST visit Hotel Valencia during your venue shopping process. My ceremony was beautiful. The foilage and decorations were gorgeous. I do recommend keeping the water fountain on, even though it may be noisy. I had it turned off and all the water was drained out...making it pretty ugly. There was another wedding after, but there was plenty of time to even take pictures and take it all in. The wedding coordinator was very professional and patient. They even served flavored iced water for the guests since it was hot during August.
