Our Castlewood wedding was absolutely perfect! I cannot recommend this venue enough :) For one, it's a gorgeous venue with incredible views and spaces. Our photographer had no trouble finding stunning backdrops to use for photos. It ended up raining on our wedding day, so we weren't able to get married in front of the oak tree on the ceremony lawn, but the indoor option ended up working perfectly! Plus, the food at Castlewood is phenomenal. Sandy was an absolute joy to work with while we were planning our event. She was very responsive, patient, and kind while we were navigating the planning process and asking a thousand questions. It's clear that she's very good at what she does and cares about helping people create their dream event. Thank you, Sandy, for helping us celebrate our wedding at Castlewood!

We had a full Hindu wedding ceremony and reception at the Palm Event Center and had an excellent experience overall! We reserved our date quite in advance but had a lot of support in the planning. We first worked with Nicole during the initial planning process, and then things were handed off to our coordinator Makenna. She was excellent to work with when we had questions and changes as we got closer to our date. Palm was also very flexible with us viewing the venue with family in advance and scheduling a rehearsal the week of. Our coordinator Makenna was sick last minute so we worked with Melissa on the day of the wedding. Despite coming in last minute, she took great care of us and everything went smoothly! The ceremony package with wedding coordinator was a great value for how smoothly everything went. We definitely recommend working with preferred vendors whenever possible to make things even easier, as they have good relations with the venue and paperwork is easier. We are so glad we got married here and can’t wait to visit the winery again in the future! Thanks so much to Makenna and Melissa for making our special day so memorable!

We loved having our special day here and we could not have asked for a better experience. Everything was so amazing from the apps, to the service, to the parking, to the day of coordinator, to the food, to the staff!! I cannot rave and recommend enough this venue. Our families are still talking about how beautiful everything was. We got married in Feb and it was supposed to rain but we chose this venue because of the indoor/outdoor ceremony option and we are so glad we did! We had to change from indoor to outdoor a few days before and I am so glad we did because it rained *which we loved) and the indoor space worked even better for our overall theme! If you want a stress free wedding venue that takes care of all the big details and has amazing food and service, look no further!

The Club at Ruby Hill was a fantastic venue for our wedding. The space feels like a French chateau both inside and out, and it was the perfect setting to celebrate our beautiful Persian wedding. We were very impressed with the entire Ruby Hill staff, especially our private events manager, Samantha. From the beginning, she helped make the planning process smooth and enjoyable. We had a wonderful tasting experience and an initial walkthrough where we were able to visualize the flow of our wedding day, which made us feel confident that everything would come together perfectly. The food was also delicious. Guests loved the steak, fish, and vegetarian options, and the late-night bites were a huge hit. The bartenders were fantastic as well—friendly, quick, and great at keeping the energy up throughout the night. One of the most special moments was seeing the staff and servers dancing along and enjoying the music with us in such a playful way, while still remaining attentive and accommodating to our guests. Their energy truly added to the joyful atmosphere of the night. This venue is absolutely five stars. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place or a better team to help bring our wedding day to life.
