A wonderful experience!
We had a full Hindu wedding ceremony and reception at the Palm Event Center and had an excellent experience overall! We reserved our date quite in advance but had a lot of support in the planning.
We first worked with Nicole during the initial planning process, and then things were handed off to our coordinator Makenna. She was excellent to work with when we had questions and changes as we got closer to our date. Palm was also very flexible with us viewing the venue with family in advance and scheduling a rehearsal the week of.
Our coordinator Makenna was sick last minute so we worked with Melissa on the day of the wedding. Despite coming in last minute, she took great care of us and everything went smoothly!
The ceremony package with wedding coordinator was a great value for how smoothly everything went. We definitely recommend working with preferred vendors whenever possible to make things even easier, as they have good relations with the venue and paperwork is easier.
We are so glad we got married here and can’t wait to visit the winery again in the future! Thanks so much to Makenna and Melissa for making our special day so memorable!

Say less!
The Palms Event Center is absolutely wonderful. They have a beautiful venue, but the staff is what takes them over the top IMO. I can't say enough about their staff and the Mrs. and I were so pleased with how everyone treated us throughout this process, but also how they executed when the day finally came. Special shoutout to Christy Brown, Nicole, Kelsea, and Heather Phan - thank you all for the support from start to finish.

My husband and I just had our wedding at the Palm Event Center this month, and truly cannot say enough about how perfect it was!
From start to finish, we truly felt so supported and guided throughout the entire wedding planning process. From the venue tour, to navigating contracts, to nailing down details and logistics (menu tasting, coordinating with vendors, etc.), to the actual day of the wedding - the Palm's team was so incredibly professional and efficient, while also being understanding and reassuring during such a stressful time. The Palm's team is clearly a well-oiled machine and executed the entire wedding day without a hitch.
We have to give a special shout out to our venue coordinator, Melissa, who is absolutely exceptional! Her attention to detail, kindness, and ability to simply get things done smoothly is unmatched. We were so grateful to have had her as our coordinator and highly recommend her!
On top of the wonderful team (this includes all staff!), the venue is absolutely stunning and the in-house catering is amazing! Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the food, and we can confidently say that no guest left hungry!

Better than I Even Imagined!
We had our wedding here last month and it was so fantastic! Haley was our coordinator and she made sure everything was taken care of leading up to the wedding and everything went smoothly on the day. The staff was super professional food and drink service was great- guests told us it was some of the best wedding food they'd ever had. We even had wait staff following us around as we took some sunset photos after the ceremony with snacks and cocktails- such a thoughtful touch.
The venue itself was beautiful so we didn't have to spend a ton of money on other decorations. We worked exclusively with their preferred vendors and all of them were amazing! Everyone here was fantastic, great with communication, and very professional. I highly recommend this venue if you want a beautiful, stress-free wedding!!

Great Venue, Great Customer Service
I have been fortunate to make my living as a professional photographer for over 3 decades, worked at countless venues all over the nation. Now base in Livermore CA, I feel extreme fortunate to be able to work at Palm Event Center. Palm Event Center hands down is one of the best wedding/event venues. The staff is top notch, truly focused on their clients and making the wedding/event run seamlessly! As a wedding/event photographer managing time, details, individuals, while still being creative is the goal at every wedding and event. This can be a challenge at times. One of the things that allows me to do my job more efficiently is have a supporting staff around me. The staff at Palm Event Center definitely fits this description! I know that when I have a wedding/event at Palm Event Center I am going to be working with the best! If you are considering wedding/event venues put Palm Event Center on top of your list. Beautiful venue, amazing food, and a staff that knows the meaning of great customer service!
