Corinthian Event Center is a historic venue located in downtown San Jose, California. Built in 1924, this unique facility features broad granite steps, large urns and soaring columns. Guests will be impressed with their neoclassic design and elegant decor. Corinthian Event Center is a spacious venue, with a customizable floor plan to accommodate a variety of visions.
Facilities and Capacity
The ballroom can accommodate wedding sizes of 70 to 300 guests at this vintage-style venue. The Corinthian Grand Ballroom features 50-foot ceilings with massive wooden beams, and alternating panes of blue glass and panels of gold leaf grillwork. Six wrought iron and glass lanterns hang from the ceiling, and five 30-foot palm trees adorned with lights twinkle nearby. At the end of the room sits a stage with a carved stone proscenium and red velvet curtains. You can share your first dance on their carved granite balcony, located at the other end of the grand room. Your guests can dance the night away on their permanent, hardwood dance floor.

Beautiful venue in San Jose
My husband and I live in San Jose and wanted a venue in San Jose for convenience. We also had a vintage theme wedding so the Corinthian was perfect!Sent on 03/01/2020
We didn't have much decor in terms of drapes, lighting, etc. so I was worried our wedding would be plainer than the pictures I've seen of weddings there, but it still looked beautiful!
Jennifer (the event director) was always responsive to my numerous emails and also helpful. Tina (the event coordinator) always made sure we were on top of schedule during the wedding. The waiters, bartenders, and other employees were also great.
