The historic Sainte Claire Hotel has been beautifully renovated and transformed into a modern facility, while still mainatining all of its orinigal 1920's charm. Il Fornaio is the exclusive caterer for this renowned venue bringing authentic Italian dishes and exceptional hosplitality to your big day.

Facility and Capacity

The 3,425-square-foot Grand Ballroom featuring 9 vintage styled 1920’s chandeliers glowing beautifully from above accomodates up to 260 guests for seated dinner service and dancing the night away. The space connects through triple French doors to the exquisite Atrium. The Atrium is the ultimate combination of classic & sophisticated architecture featuring marble floors, inlaid tile design and tile walls from the hotel's original build in 1926. The vaulted glass ceiling gives the courtyard atrium the feeling of being outside while keeping a comfortable temperature year round, offering the perfect setting for your wedding ceremony. The Atrium also boasts a stunning built in bar with marble countertop providing your guests with a private bar from cocktail hour through the end of the reception. For receptions expecting less than 100 guests, there is a smaller, but equally elegant, Sainte Claire Ballroom located on the 2nd floor of the hotel.

Services Offered

II Fornaio offers all-inclusive wedding packages for couples, taking the guesswork out of the total price. They will work with you to create a wedding day experience that best showcases your love story. They provide everything from tables, linens, chiavari chairs, china, glassware, and silverware to lighting, audio visual equipment, candles and dance floors. Il Fornaio staff will set up and clean up everything needed for our catering services on the day of your event. Their profesisonal and experienced Event Coordinators also offer full Day of Coordination services to ensure you get to enjoy your big day to the fullest and have a seamless wedding day experience. Bartenders can serve many spirit options from house or premium beer, liquor, and wine, to champagne toasts, to specialty and signature drinks. Couples can choose to host an open bar, limited bar, or cash bar. Il Fornaio is proud to partner with the Westin to provide guests with exceptional overnight accomodations. The Catering Sales Manager will gladly connect you to the Westin for rates and availability.

Cuisine

Professional chefs craft a custom menu for your special day using delicious Italian and global fare that couples can sample beforehand during a private tasting. All food will be prepared and created onsite and not only tastes delicious, but couples will be wowed when they see the artistic presentation of each item. Event options for food range from buffets, plated dinners, stations, and family style to cocktail reception and hors d’oeuvres. Customized menus include vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options as well. Il Fornaio's talented team can also serve up a delicious array of desserts.
