Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?

Yes appointments are required to ensure each bride is given uninterrupted attention. This ensures that if you visit our store you will have the full attention of a sales person for your entire appointmnent. We also deal with many of out state brides and are happy to book appointments in advance to coordinate with travel plans.

What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?

All our merchandise is brand new and sold off the rack, all our stock is purchased from other high end bridal salons across the country. I also have established relationships with Bridal Designers and have the opportunity to purchase overcuts and disc stock directly from their wharehouses.

Do you carry new or once worn gowns?

All our gowns are brand new never worn.

How often do you receive new dresses?

New stock is purchased twice month.

Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?

At The Bridal Secret we stand behind what we sell and what we offer in services. We try our very best at all times to ensure each bride who visits us has a pleasant and fun experience as well as the knowledge and professionalism needed in helping her make a choice.

Do you have a seamstress onsite?

Yes full service alterations are done on the premises.

In addition to wedding dresses, what other products do you sell?

We also sell custom cut veils whether a simple ribbon edged veil or a lace trimmed Mantilla. In addition we offer beautiful crystal hair jewelry and accessories as well as pretty Fascinators/Flower and Feather Hair ornaments.
