I found Consignment Bridals after getting exhausted by failures at other ‘traditional’ bridal shops. Every dress looked the same and every dress had a crazy markup. When I first arrived (a bit tricky as they’re tucked way into a looping industrial park) I was greeted warmly and introduced to my amazing stylist. And I was BLOWN AWAY by the sheer number of dresses!!! All arranged by size (woohoo!), my aunt, m.o.h. and I had a blast skimming through them. I showed my stylist what I was looking for and she quietly slipped off to place a dress in my (large, comfortable) dressing room. And lo and behold, the dress she found was THE ONE! It was *exactly* in my price range (I needed to stay under $1,000), and was a style I’d had no luck finding at all *anywhere*. The check out process was easy, and they even take dresses to sell on consignment! They had so many beautiful, affordable dresses, and the owner was so incredibly kind - she seemed as excited as I was that I’d found my dress! I think every bride-to-be in the Boston area owes this place a visit :)

I had a great experience here. A snafu with the dress I ordered from a different shop left me without a dress just three weeks before my wedding date. I walked in and we immediately got down to business. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of gowns and had a hard time deciding between my top two choices because they both were great. One was brand new with original tags, and the other was a sample from a bridal salon. Both were in new or like-new condition.

The shop went out of their way to accommodate me and ensure I had a dress I was happy with for my day. Being able to find a new dress in less than a few hours took a huge weight off my shoulders. Can’t recommend them enough!

I tried another bridal shop before coming here and couldn't find a dress I liked. I came with my family and picked out a few dresses while a staff member picked some for me as well based on my style. After a few dresses, I found the dress I loved! The staff worked with me attentively and were so friendly! I had such a low-stress and fun buying experience! Thank you!

Jeannie was great, she helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding! She was very helpful, professional and accomodating, and made the process smooth and enjoyable She has a great selection of dresses, too, and fair prices. This was the first place I went to and once I found my dress I knew I didn't need to look any further :) I also got my veil here, which is beautiful. I can only recommend it!

It was a wonderful experience. I was able to shop at my leisure and she would come in and give me great insight into the various dresses, shoes and accessories I tried on. I walked away with a lovely outfit for a destination wedding. I would highly recommend this shop.

Jeanne helped me find the perfect dress! I tried on several dresses and was torn between two. I went to lunch and came back and was still torn. Jeanne then asked me what I liked about each dress. After expression that I wished one at straps she worked her magic to add straps to one of the dresses that will be altered to button to my dress. I was in love and knew that the dress was meant to be mine. Jeanne was so sweet, kind, and professional and I can’t rate this place high enough.

I had such an amazing experience at Consignment Bridal & Prom! I was in search of a wedding dress last minute and was able to find my dream dress! The owner was so helpful and patient and really took her time to help me find the perfect dress. This place is truly a hidden gem and I'm so glad I found it.
