I started N Style Event Design in 2005 but I discovered my passion for parties long before that. My love of music, art and fascinating people led me to where I am now. By nature I’m a nurturer. I believe in love in every sense of the word. I also believe that when you have made that decision to walk down the aisle you should do it on cloud 9! Not worrying about a thing just living in the moments till wedding day. I want you to know as my potential clients that I strive for you to have the experience of a lifetime. Do we really need a Wedding Planner?

No, you don't need a wedding planner but believe me a few months into planning your big day you'll wish you had one. As a planner I perform many roles in organizing your big day that you probably wouldn't want to do or have the time to do for that matter. Planning your wedding should be a Joyous journey not a JOB that's what I'm here for!

How Can you help?

As I stated I take on many roles and duties such as helping you to find quality vendors that fit your needs as well as your budget, assisting in helping to choose the overall feel of your wedding such as picking your color palate, choosing the right venue, finding the perfect place settings, flatware and stemware, assisting with the budget so we don't have to deal with those nasty overages, negotiating great deals for you, assisting in rentals, helping you to decide whether you should have a formal, semi-formal or informal event? Whether you should serve cocktails and hors oeuvres, a buffet or sit down dinner? Planning a wedding is very detailed oriented and has to be organized to the T, in order to pull off the ultimate party!

Wouldn't hiring you become an extra expense?

Absolutely not, in fact my fee can be worked right into your budget! We charge for our services in two ways: hourly which starts at $50 per hour and a flat rate that is determined by you specific needs and the logistics of your wedding. The best way to determine the fee is to contact us for a consultation and go from there.

What if my budget is very tight and I really need help getting started but can't afford to hire you?

I would suggest you utilize our hourly service to help get you started on the right track, we offer many hourly services which could be of great value to you for a stress free wedding planning.

What are the things I should consider when hiring a planner?

When you make the very wise decision of hiring a planner to help plan your big day, you should consider the fact that you will basically be joined at the hip with your planner for about a year maybe longer and you guys should be able to get along to where your practically BFF's meaning you shouldn't hire someone who you wouldn't have as a friend, make sure they are the real deal meaning they have experience and education! There are many "new" planners out there which isn't a bad thing if they're fabulous and you guys click go for it. A professional planner will be able to produce photos of their work, referrals and most important they'll be able to answer the simplest questions such as: Can you name 5 venues and their policies concerning weddings and events? What's the difference between lamour and organza? Even if they are new, they should know their industry. That will let you know if it's a job or a hobby to them. Don't be afraid to ask questions, after all he/she will be working for you.Last but not least make sure the planner is licensed in his or her state to operate a business.
