Because each event is unique, every detail is completely customized to reflect your individual style and taste.  Michele Choi, Private Events Director, takes pride in providing assistance in the wedding planning process before, during and after your wedding.  If you have any questions at all, including pricing, menus, services, timelines or availability, don't hesitate to contact her at the Club.  You can expect a response within 24 hours, but it is usually less than that!

Though we have a spectacular view of the 18th fairway, our specialty is in assisting the bride through the "process" of vendor booking, planning and day-of coordination.
 
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
Our menus and packages are ala carte and completely customizable. Our job is to provide a customized service to fit whatever your budget may be.
 
Do you offer any special services?
Vendor Referral Sheet, Day-of Coordination, Room Setup (including favors, chair ties, name cards, etc.) and Cake Cutting. All of these services are FREE!
 
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
We do not charge an additional room rental for a rehearsal dinner the previous day. We also offer Bridal Party (or family) Golf Packages for the day before the wedding.
 
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
Ceremony Chairs Table for Unity Candle, Sand, etc.
 
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
All of our in-house chairs, tables, flatware, glassware, and linens are included with your room rental. Should you decide to upgrade your chairs or linen, we rent those at an extra cost.
 
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
Usually about 1 to 15 MINIMUM.
 
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
We have recommendations based on people we have worked with, but they are certainly not required.
 
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
Same answer as above. There is no fee for using your own vendors.
 
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
With a wedding reception, you have access to our smaller room, called the Library, the Rotunda, the Ballroom AND the upper and lower patios with the lovely view. All are included with the basic room rental and we do NOT hold other events simultaneously.
 
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
No.
