How would you identify your photographic style? We are Mother~Daughter Photographers & graphic Artists. We bring two generations to the wedding, so our primary photographic style is a combination of photojournalistic and traditional. We realize that everyone wants the traditional posed photographs, however, we love taking photographs that tell a story as well as wonderful, candid shots. That special look between a father and daughter, that tearful look of a mother realizing that her little girl is going to be a woman and wife herself, these are some of the types of photographs that we love to take. We also love the fun of candid, out of the ordinary shots. Our graphics, are unique, one of a kind, developed by ourselves.

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning? After the wedding, each photograph will be hand-edited and carefully processed. This is the point when more magic takes place. Our own, one of a kind, Black & White, Selective Coloring, High Key, & Midnight Sepia, are just a few of the many effects that we offer. We also cater to those who have problem areas, such as under eye circles, blemishes, wrinkles, scars, tattoo cover-ups, double chins, teeth discolorations, etc. We can minimize and cover up these problems, at your request. We are even able to tone & smooth a body part that isn't quite as toned as you want it to be

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations? We have experience and equipment for all lighting situations, softlight, candelight, overcast..

Is your media preference film or digital? We mainly shoot digital, although we may shoot film at differant times through out the day and evening

How many photographers do you work with? We always have two photographers (mother~daughter), and sometimes an assistant also. We are family based for that special, family touch,as it should be...for Wedding.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event? Yes, we guarantee our presence at the event, it is in our contract

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one wedding in a day? Weekend? We only book one wedding, or shoot a weekend. That way we are able to give all our attention where it deserves to be.... on the Bride & Groom

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the wedding day? although we have never had the need, we have a list of backup professional photographers in the event that one of us were unable to shoot.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? We have camera gear and accessories suitable for shooting your wedding in the style demonstrated in our portfolio. This equipment includes a variety of cameras, digital SLR as well as professional SLR film, lenses, flashes, additional lighting, reflectors, film and memory cards, batteries, and a long list of other gear. We have backup gear sufficient to deal with the possibility of equipment failure. With all that said, I feel by far the most important piece of equipment we possess is a creative, artistic eye

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction? We bring a large variety of equipment, as well as several backup cameras,in the event of malfunction.

Do you charge hourly or full day? We offer different packages for different situations or we can custom make a package just for you

If hourly, are you available for shooting overtime? If so, how much do you charge for overtime? n/a

Do you require a meal break? If yes, do you require that the wedding party provide your meal? We require a meal break and that is included in the contract. The majority of people do not like having their photo taken while they are eating, so we try to eat at the same time as the wedding party.

How many breaks do you usually take throughout the day? The breaks we take vary, we take a minute here or there as the situation allows it

Do you charge for travel? We travel approximately 1 hour distance without charging for travel. Over that, and we do have a travel fee~We are very flexible.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing? A combination of Black & White and Color Proofs, complete with graphic effects will be displayed at http://www.photographybyoneil.com, in a secure, password protected file within 45 days of the wedding. You will be able to choose the prints you want printed at which time we will have them printed.

In what format are the initial proofs offered? website

How long can the couple keep the proofs? Proofs stay posted on the site for an unlimited time. The sooner the couple orders the prints, the sooner they will get everything

Do you retain the copyright for the photos? yes, we retain the copyright for the photos. DVD's can be purchased for $400, however everything will be given as a gift, free of charge with full print rights, on the couples 2nd anniversary.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos? Yes, we reserve the right to publish the photo's, unless we are asked otherwise, however we always respect the couples wishes, and check with them first.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the couple? Yes, we give the dvd's with print rights to the couple as an anniversary gift on their 2nd anniversary free of charge.

Will images be available for viewing on an online gallery? yes, within 45 days of the wedding

What kind of albums do you offer? custom magazine style flush page wedding coffee table book , high resolution photographs, beautifully enclosed in a hardcover with a custom dust jacket in addition to prints and enlargements.

When will I get the final book? approximately 30 days after ordering the prints

How long does it take to deliver a book? approximately 30 days after the bride & groom place their order.
