What type of printing do you offer?
Our savvy projects are printed using thermography, raise printing, unless you specify engraving or flat printing. Our custom projects are flat printed.
How do I check my order status?
Please contact us for all order inquiries.
Does someone revise my order for grammar and text layout?
Yes. The final project is reviewed and approved by YOU through our online ordering and electronic proofing process!
For custom projects, can I see a proof before printing?
Absolutely. We will provide an electronic and physical proof of the item (when applicable) before the item goes to print.
Can I order by phone?
Of course! We welcome all orders. However, the design process is often easier to expedite with electronic correspondence for online proofing.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Paypal or Checks/Money Orders. Please note that all orders paid by check or money order will not be fulfilled until payment is verified by the bank.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us. Custom print projects are final. The customer will have the opportunity to approve a custom print item before purchase. Once approved, custom items will only be refunded in the event they differ from the approved order.
