The Nittany Quill has been a memorable State College, Pennsylvania experience since 1984. We offer fine stationery papers and wedding invitations, lovely gifts and custom calligraphy services, all with a personal touch.

We have been helping couples begin their life together for years, offering many lovely options for wedding and personal stationery. We provide a variety of options for invitations, save-the-date cards, and thank you cards, featuring fine paper and designs from Crane & Company, Carlson Craft, Anna Griffin, Caspari, Printswell, Checkerboard and others. Feel free to call ahead and schedule an appointment so we can give you the personal attention you deserve when choosing invitations for your special day.

We offer custom calligraphy services, including but not limited to envelopes, place cards, seating charts, and wedding scrolls. We also can help you design a unique gift for a special person, couple or graduate. Please call, email us or stop in with specific questions.

    Joy was delightful to work with! We met her at a bridal expo and weren't looking at anything too seriously because had already just started working with another invitation company that we actually weren't liking very much. She started talking to us and when she said that she had a lot of budget invitations we were intrigued because we felt like what we would pay if we stuck with the company we were working with was too much, even for stationary which is always expensive anyway. After talking with her and realizing the huge array of designs and prices she offered, we decided to work with her instead. Her personality alone was enough to make us want to use her, but the fact that her higher tier invitations were still significantly less than we were planning to pay was a huge bonus. I loved the invitations we got, she went way out of her way to make sure they were perfect, even calling the company that made our favorite design to see if we could get it in a slightly different shade than they offered for that design! She was really informative and we got so many wonderful compliments on how our invitations turned out.

    We chose The Nittany Quill after looking their endless supply of invitation selections and finding the perfect one for us (Carlson Craft). Joy was an absolutely pleasure to work with and offers her customers FREE SHIPPING which helped our cost a great deal. We had a few problems with getting our proofs back from Carlson Craft but Joy took care of everything! She stayed on top of the vendor and kept us "in the know." She was a pleasure to work with and, because of her dedication to providing excellent service, we never lost confidence that our invitations would be perfect!
