Do you charge for trials?
Usually there is a small fee for trials which is estimated at the time of the order. Sometimes it can be waved if there is a large group recieving services.
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
Yes I do travel to the client on the day of their wedding or a few days before. There is a small fee, but sometimes that fee can be waved.
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
We have a large group of people who can do services. The more people the better, though you have to have the room to do these services.
How far in advance should clients book your services?
It would be nice to get a notice 4 to 5 weeks in advance, but sometimes I can work out something sooner.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is a 24 hr cancellation policy. If done after that the client will be required to pay half of the fee.
