Let us provide the perfect rustic setting for your wedding or other special event.  Our open-air pavilion, crafted from cedar beams and limestone for an old-world feel, overlooks pristine Medlin Creek.  The pavilion includes a large dance floor and fireplace.  The adjacent cottage provides a comfortable preparation area and overnight lodging.

Medlin Creek provides a total of eight (8) 96? rectangular tables, eight (8) 60? round tables, and one hundred (100) chairs. Any additional tables, chairs, linens, plates, flatware, et-cetera must be obtained by Licensee either through its caterer, event coordinator, rental company or the like.
 
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
No, but we reserve the right to approve all vendors.
 
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
No, but we reserve the right to approve all musicians.
 
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
The Cottage may be rented for an additional fee and is only available for weddings and/or overnight lodging.
 
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
Only beer, wine, and champagne are allowed on the premises and must be served by TABC licensed bartenders. An off-duty officer must be on the premises while alcohol is being served.
 
What restrictions (if any) on noise levels?
Amplified sound of low volume (under 50 decibels) may be utilized outdoors for background music or outdoor ceremonies. Indoor amplified sound must be limited to 90 decibels. All music must end by 10:30 p.m. (Friday and Saturday) and by 9:30 p.m. (Sunday through Thursday). Motorists must be respectful of adjacent homeowners. Loud music, honking horns, car alarms, and any other excessive noise is strictly prohibited.
