A few months ago I stumbled upon a blog called Grey Likes Weddings. I was so excited to see that the first post was a giveaway hosted by Cricket Printing. I had previously been admiring their invitations on Etsy. A few days later Brittany from Cricket Printing contacted me to inform me that I was the winner! She has been an absolute doll to work with! Even in the peak of wedding season she ALWAYS made me feel like I was her top priority. Every email I sent her (which was a lot!) was responded to, in detail, in under 24 hours. Brittany helped me with some great ideas and she never made me feel pressured to spend anything extra. In addition to this being an amazing experience, my invitations came out just stunning! They are exactly what I wanted. I am so pleased with how everything came out. I'm hoping to contact Brittany again for our programs and save the dates.

Brittany was absolutely amazing from start to finish of the process of designing my wedding save-the-dates, invitations, programs and thank you notes. When there was a problem with the printing of my invitations, Brittany did not rest until the issue was resolved and suggested many different options for dealing with the situation. Rest assured that if you choose to go with Cricket Printing, you will be taken care of! It's clear that Brittany truly cares about her clients and personally invests herself in all of her work.

Having created stationery myself, I was really looking for a wedding suite that was unique. I trolled Etsy for several days but nothing caught my attention until I found Cricket Printing. I immediately fell in love with Brittany's designs. Since our wedding was out of town for most guests, it was nice to have an invite that not only had enough cards to convey all of the information we needed to get out but it was packaged in a way that our guests just had to grab and go with their invite- no making sure all of the cards and info were included since it was all attached in one package. In addition to really liking the design, Cricket Printing also has amazing customer service. Brittany really worked with us on making sure the motifs and colors matched our wedding and went above and beyond with her attention to detail. The proof process is simple and timely. We also had an issue with printing and instead of just sending the invites, like many large companies will, Cricket contacted us and let us know that they was automatically having them reprint at no cost to us. We also used Cricket Printing for our programs and again, we couldn't have been more pleased as to how they turned out and really brought the suite together. Cricket Printing is a small shop so if you are looking for a cookie cutter invitation and bad customer service, this is not the vendor for you. If you are like me and really want a unique invite to set the tone of your wedding, I highly recommend Brittany and Cricket Printing.
