Chef Newal has always made the culinary and pastry arts his desire ever since he was a child. He is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, where his food is legendary. Graduating from the City and Guilds in London, England as a European Master Chef gave Newal the education and specialized skills for life as a much sought after Chef. Having mastered the art, Chef Newal has also taught pastry and culinary classes at Sullivan University, The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, and is currently Chef owner of Classic Cakes and Catering, a full service catering company.

Some of Chef Newal's Accomplishments Include:

• More than 20 years of catering experience, specializing in weddings, corporate, and private parties.

• More than 25 years of instruction experience at culinary institutions of higher education.

• Twelve-time Olympic gold and silver medalist, breaking records at the American Culinary Federation and the Culinary Olympics in Frankfort, Germany.
