Chesapeake Bay Foundation is a beach event venue located in Annapolis, Maryland, featuring the Merrill Center. Right on the beach, couples couldn’t have any more of a stunning backdrop for their wedding. Nestled amongst nature and stunning water views, the Merrill Center offers impeccable indoor and outdoor wedding spaces for couples to wed at.

Dream Wedding by the Bay

Our wedding in August at CBF was a dream. The minute we walked onto the property, we knew it was the venue for us. The beach, the trees, the bay, the environmental mission - it's beautiful, spacious, and unique. We were blessed with perfect weather, which was an added bonus! Our guests having been raving about the venue and the experience and we are so grateful to have started our marriage here. Shannon Wright was a fabulous coordinator and made the process so easy. Thank you to Shannon and CBF!

Incredible Waterfront Annapolis Venue

So happy we discovered CBF! We were set on an Annapolis waterfront venue and it's truly the perfect spot. The views and beachfront ceremony are so unique for Annapolis and beyond. We loved how we could really make use of the entire space – with our ceremony on the beach, cocktail hour in the grass, dinner indoors and dancing on the deck. Every portion of the evening had beautiful water views! The venue also has so many beautiful spots for outdoor photos. Lastly, Shannon at CBF was a dream to work with! She's professional, responsive, was so receptive to our ideas and really knows her stuff!

Amazing Waterfront Venue

This was the perfect venue for our wedding. Right on the water with beautiful views of the bay, sustainability in mind, and a wonderful atmosphere. This was the first and only venue we looked at. We fell in love instantly. On top of taking a tour, I highly suggest attending one of the wedding expos to get a feel for what your event can look like and amazing local vendors in the areas. In addition, Shannon is highly recommended for coordination services. She executed our day flawlessly and we could not be more grateful for the experience she curated before, during and after our special day.
