1. Why use a Travel Agent? Answer: Travel Agents can ensure you are getting the best rates, especially if you are a past guest on a Cruise Line. When you book there may nto be any past guest promtions, however a Travel Agent can advise you when one is available even after you have booked your cruise and get you the new reduced rate. Booking online is not going to provide that service to you.

2. I want a deal, what do you have? Answer: Travel Agents get special promtions every week on cruise line and hotel specials. The problem is, it may not be when or where you want to travel. Letting your Travel Agent know when and where you would like to go, allows them to advise you when a "deal" is available. This saves you time and effort in finding what you are looking for in your next vacation.

3. What about last minute deals? Answer: Last minute deals happen when a cruise line has some staterooms left appox. 2 weeks prior to sailing. The problem for the consumer, can you leave on a two week notice and is the airfare to the departure port at a good price in order to truly make it a "GOOD DEAL"?

4. Do I need a passport? Answer: Check online at http://iafdb.travel.state.gov/ to see the lastest changes. We suggest you get a passport before you travel out of the United States. Should something happen and you need to return early from your trip, you will need a passport to get back into the U.S.

Book your cruise or venue early to ensure you get the stateroom you desire or the venue date and location you want. Many cruises and venues are currently being booked into 2009.

Booking a cruise as a Group (min. of 8 staterooms) will guarantee your price, great for your keeping your SPECIAL Event within a budget if needed. Place a deposit on your stateroom and the balance is not due until 90 prior to departure. Wedding ceremonies can be onboard many of the ships, on the pier or at one of the itinerary stops.

Insurance is optional; however it does provide a full refund in the event should unplanned situations or health occur for you or a family member.

Each venue has different requirements and offer many amenities depending on what you are planning and the number of guests who will be attending.
