Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
Although an appointment is not necessary, we encourage you to call ahead for a personalized fitting of foundation wear for your gown. Our dressing rooms are spaciously designed to accommodate your gown. If it's not convenient for you to bring your gown with you, we are happy to consult directly with your bridal salon to provide you with the best foundation options for the special dress you have selected.
What wedding dress brands do you carry at your boutique?
We carry Chantelle, Wacoal, Eveden, Merry Modes, Cass and Shapeez. If we don't have the appropriate foundation in the store, we are happy to custom order it.
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
Turnaround time (on average) for our custom foundation wear and bra orders is about 10-14 days.
How often do you receive new dresses?
At Bloom, we receive new products on a monthly basis. We're always researching new trends for brides and we listen to the needs and desires of our customers.
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?
We want you to be happy and we pride ourselves in fitting you properly before you leave the store. Should you need to make a change, we offer merchandise credit only. Underwear cannot be returned (lets be honest, it's for everyone's protection). 20% deposit required on all custom orders.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
Absolutely! A Stitch in Time is located just upstairs from our boutique. Jeanne Wojner is great at alterations, tailoring and dressmaking. We are happy to take care of everything for you.
