Rev. Joyce Meuse is a wedding celebrant and a marriage license commissioner for the Monterey County Clerk's office. We have lots of experience with the marriage license side of weddings and can help couples from over seas obtain an Apostille.

We have an excellent wedding photographer on site, and offer experienced video services as well. We can help you compose your own vows, or offer one of our own already composed ceremonies.
