Lexie was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made the entire day feel so easy and stress free, which meant everything to us. From helping us stay organized to bringing our vision to life perfectly, she truly went above and beyond. On the wedding day, everything ran so smoothly, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. She handled every detail, kept everything on track, and made sure we could actually enjoy our day. You can tell she genuinely cares and puts her heart into what she does. We are so grateful for everything she did for us and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!!

Hiring Rachelle was the best decision we made. We thought we could plan our wedding alone, and 6 months in we realized we need help. We hired Rachelle and since day one she took over and took charge of everything. She helped us finalize the vendors, the timeline, she helped us hire a trio to play during Cocktail hour. But most importantly she was there in charge on our wedding da, which allowed us to have a blast. Thank you Rachelle!

Cicely was amazing! She helped me get my wedding together, coordinated all the vendors and made it look exactly how I wanted. Her coordination allowed me to enjoy the day and be the bride. I’d recommend Cicely and Graceful Gatherings to anyone hosting an event!

Hannah listens to the couples and really hears what they want. If she has a better idea she let's you know the pros and cons and usuallly comes up with a suggestion that makes an event stand out above the rest. We couldn't have been more happy and would highly recommend Hannah.

Planning a destination wedding in Las Vegas could have felt overwhelming, but thanks to Faith, it never did. Her extensive experience in the Las Vegas area was invaluable. She had trusted contacts and outstanding recommendations for every vendor we needed, and each one exceeded our expectations. Whenever we asked for options, she thoughtfully provided two or three exceptional choices, making every decision easier. Well before our rehearsal, Faith proactively reached out to all of our vendors to confirm details and ensure everyone was aligned. At the rehearsal, she confidently led our wedding party so everyone knew exactly what to expect. On our wedding day, she worked seamlessly behind the scenes — calm, organized, and proactive — making sure everything ran smoothly while allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. If Faith tells you she will take care of something, consider it done. She is the consummate professional who truly over-delivers. I don’t even know where to begin to explain how wonderful our experience with Symphony, specifically Andrea, has been. We wanted a slightly non-traditional wedding, and from the very first phone consultation, I knew she got my vision. I have a lot of health issues that made my needs unique, and Andrea was not only kind but extremely accommodating. I never felt like my asks were too much. Everyone always talks about how stressful wedding planning is; I can honestly say I can’t relate and it's all because of Andrea. The wedding was more amazing than we could have ever imagined. We will be forever grateful to Andrea and Symphony!

I just want to say a big thank you for everything your effort and help through the whole process in putting together an amazing event for our wedding renewal From the big details to the smallest you didn't let one seem less important than the other. Thank you for going beyond and being available 24/7 😁 and being proactive and allowing us to give you our suggestions and you making them come to life in an amazing way...From the organization , to the set up ,to the decoration, the MC-ing and all the way to the tear down...You guys did it all with a smile and made it all happen. We can’t even put into words how wonderful Christina and her team were on our wedding day. Getting married in Vegas is one thing, but making it a destination wedding with 30 people coming from the UK is a whole different ball game. As soon as we brought Cristina on board, the entire planning process became seamless. She found our incredible dinner venue, designed the space beautifully, incorporating our wedding colours and personal touches. The whole day ran without a glitch, her team were incredible at getting everyone from A to B to C in the party bus that was organised so well. We didn’t have to lift a finger or worry about a thing for the entire day. The best thing about working with Cristina is how every zoom call we had with her made the process less stressful, and more exciting. Thank you so much to Cristina for making our wedding the most wonderful and unforgettable time of our life.
